Introducing Sebastian, our new sire!
Sebastian is 1/2 American 1/2 European basset, and comes from genetically cleared lines 😊
He is such a sweetie, and loves to play! We selected him specifically for his handsome dark tri-color as a pup, and he has just continued to hold up to every hope we had as far as his temperament and his good looks! He also has ticking on his white, something else we hoped would become more obvious as he grew.

We may have pups this summer with him and Caroline (who has also been genetically tested and is clear), so keep an eye out for updates! Their breeding was not confirmed so we have another month before we know if Caroline is an expectant mother.

Seven weeks! The puppies had their vet check and first vaccine this week. They look amazing, and fecals came back clear.
They will be going home next week sometime! We’re so excited for their families 😁

Time for a 6 week pup-date! More deworming/probiotics, and the vet check too.

We tried to do winter hat pics, but apparently puppies are too squirmy to keep one on 😂 So enjoy the cute pics of the week, you can see how much they love to play now!

These cuties are 4 weeks! They received another round of dewormer and probiotics. They are playing and walking, and crunching on some food now. These ears are getting longer, and will keep on growing for the next couple months 😁 We’re beginning to see their personalities better, so on next weeks post we’ll fill you in on that!

At three weeks old, these pups have grown so fast! They are little butterballs as you can see from the pictures 😂

Our little female is reserved! Her family adopted another puppy from us in the past, and has named her Dolly. 🥰

The two boys are still available, and I know I keep pointing them out, but their ears are so amazing!!!

Our sweet babies are 2 weeks old today! They received their first round of dewormer and probiotics. Their eyes are peeking open, and they are scoot walking around! Their coloration is becoming more clear. Our pink gal has the most tan, while both boys have really unique ears. 🥰

Caroline had three beautiful lemon pups on December 19th! Two males and one female.

They are absolutely thriving, so soft!
It appears our green collar male will have laced ears, which is a first for us 😁

We weren’t expecting on having puppies until spring….
But…Caroline had other plans 😂

I can’t believe Charlie Brown is still around! He has such a sweet temperament, and is getting a very nice mature look!

The pups are having a blast in the backyard! Running, wrestling, barking, and growling, all before their long naps!
The very last pic is a blurry one, but it was so funny we had to include it with the rest! Boone, Caroline, and Josie enjoyed getting their pics taken along with the puppies this time around! 😂

Our very last puppy we are introducing at this time is Amelia, our purple collar girl. 🙂
She is always on the lookout for an adventure! She loves to bond by playing and running around, before settling down for a good belly rub!
