Excited for the arrival of these Lunch Box & Phoenix puppies next week!

We got our xrays done yesterday and WOW, that is one FULL tummy!! Its going to be another large litter for Phoenix with 8-10 puppies!
We will be opening to additional applicants once puppies are born and we know the sexes of puppies!

A reminder to help keep your Dober-goats safe.

Sago palm is a common plant of the cycad family that is very popular with landscapers and homeowners in the Baton Rouge area. Unfortunately, many people are unaware that sago palm seeds, leaves, and roots are extremely toxic and can have lethal consequences for pets. Also, be aware that many other types of summer foliage (such as hydrangea, wisteria, delphinium, foxglove, privet hedge and monkshood) can be toxic to pets as well, so do your best to prevent your pets from eating them.

We are so happy that Lunch Box, Loxley, and Joplin all passed their Working Aptitude Evaluations this weekend. This was the final requirement left for LB to earn his Register of Merit award with the DPCA (pending certification). He & Loxley also tried air retrieve and hydro dash in dock diving for the first time and got qualifying scores in both events. These guys love to do whatever we throw at them!
