She can become anxious around unfamiliar people, which has complicated previous grooming visits.. But today Boo has genuinely loved being pampered, because her favourite thing in the world has been incorporated into everything!! It’s all about mutual trust, distraction and praise 🥰

So we changed things up a bit, lots of praise to build his confidence and most importantly TRUST.
He even enjoyed his blow dry in the end, I’m so proud of him ♥️🐾
