Oh, the day we we’ve been sad to face has come. Honey Bee’s last pup left to a new home. The first born, Cooper is off to his new home right around the corner. Good news is we will still get to see him on the regular!!

I’m baby sister! I’m looking for a home that can give me lots of love and attention! I was the last one to enter the world and I want to make sure I won’t get left behind- I’m assertive with my need of affection. I probably would do best to have humans all to myself ( because I want all the attention- because that’s what baby sisters do) I’m really smart and want to learn. I’ll be ready to head home February 8 when I’m 8 weeks old!

First individual pics. 4 days old today! Mom is leaving the nest more regularly to eat and potty, so I had time to snap pics of each. I’ve been weighing them every morning and each is making gains!

Finally! Honey Bee and her 6 are doing well. Yesterday took many twists and turns we did not expect yet we are blessed with the outcome. The first one arrived at 4:30am Monday morning. 3 more came about an hour apart. The 4th arrived at 8am. And then we waited. And waited.

At the vet’s recommendation ( since she thought she counted 5 on the c ray), we brought HB and the 4 pups in. An ultrasound detected the 5th stuck in breach position. The vet was doubtful it could be saved. HB underwent an emergency C Section. The vet could not save the 5th one, but found 2 surprises right behind that one. A healthy boy and a healthy girl were delivered via c section at about 2:30 pm. The whole pack was reunited at home yesterday evening. The 2 additions are a little smaller that the rest, yet they are feeding well. Honey Bee is a great mom. Thank y’all, for your texts and calls. Everyone here is a little pooped, yet super pumped.
