Puppy shots can be done safely at home. To reduce exposure to COVID-19 as well as par o and other nasty things puppies can pick up, it is a vital skill to be familial with when raising a litter of puppies.

My trusted vet is fully aware we administer our own vaccines and encourages us to do it at home. If you have never done it before, I urge you to ask your vet to demonstrate and help!

Vaccines can be purchased directly from your vet or from a tractor supply store.

Since the puppies were extra worn out I decided to get all housekeeping done at once and trimmed their nails. Given they are still small I can use finger nail clippers but any dog nail clippers will do fine. This maintenance is used more as a training tool than for aesthetics. Just clip the very very tip. Work on their terms. If they jerk away that’s ok. Get them use to having their paws touched and work slowly.

Make the experience positive and as enjoyable as you can manage. Lots of love and treats! No one likes getting poked with a needle but puppies are easy to forgive.

They are ready to move out and be your best friend!

If you are at all interested in a French Bulldog please read this in its entirety.

Between these last 2 days I have received close 100 inquiries for my litter. A majority of these messages are in its entirety, “how much” followed by a reply by me that tries to fit all the “info” I can along with me asking to provide a bit about them and offering to FaceTime/text/phone call. About 80% do not reply back. I’ve had only a handful of people that have wanted to discuss the puppies to make sure they are making the right choice.

Please, if you are serious about introducing one of these girls to your home, let me know you are!
