It's took Margo a while to come into her own and mature but sometimes that how the dice rolls with dogs especially Pointers that take a while to mature anyhow.
We kept her back off Wilma (Hudson's niece) as she's the closest to Hudson's line to carry it on. I'm glad she's finally proving her self in the field and she'll have a few more seasons working before we find a dog that will be suitable to go over her.
For me I'd rather she prove worth breeding from before rushing putting her in pup, yes she's papered and will be health tested but if she ain't got traits I want to carry on what's the point.

I’m absolutely heartbroken 💔 my skylar has crossed the rainbow bridge. There are no words right now. I loved her like a child. She’s always been my favourite and she knew it. She passed in my arms and knew she was loved but it doesn’t take away the pain of losing her 💔💔💔💔goodbye my beautiful girl😭😭😭

We got home late last night from the dog show and woke up early this morning to a porcupine visitor in our pointer field. So instead of breakfast we were removing quills from Sophie. She had them all over, including in her mouth. We are happy to report we got them all out and she is running around with her pointer pack again. 💪

We tried to teach clients that NO means NO, BUT we now realize that we live in a place and time where many people can not completely comprehend what this means. As so many dog owners and so called modern trainers are not able to deliver results and resort to some sort of negotiation with their puppy. This causes unlimited anxiety, insecurity and confusion in your dog! The more of a dog, the more pronounced these issues are, dead beat lazy dogs don’t care much about anything. Yes, majority of the scared dogs out there were never abused, but instead extremely spoiled and confused. NO means NO, and there is absolutely 0 leverage for any negotiation. This is my free advice for you, take it or leave it ;-) 🤷‍♂️ J
