Microchips save lives and if your pet doesn’t have one, they’re less likely to be reunited with you if they were to get lost. No one expects it to ever happen to them, but shelters are full of lost pets every day! Microchips are a great tool to help your pet get back to you if they get out. I’ll even take care of the registration for you!

For boarding, I charge per room per day, not per cat. My largest room can comfortably hold multiple cats where everyone can still find enough space to keep to themselves if they prefer, or play together if they so choose. Your cat would never be free-roaming with a cat that they do not know. One family shares one room for the same rate. I also offer many discounted services during boarding such as Nail Trims, Ear Cleanings, Microchips, Mat Shaves, Blood Glucose Curves, and more. FAQ: "What is your experience level with medicating cats?"

I have over 20 years of experience medicating cats! I have an especially big heart for kitties that have special medical conditions and need a little extra TLC, so don’t worry if you feel like your cat is “high maintenance” and needs close monitoring. I can do asthma inhaler treatments, give oral medications, injections such as insulin, and any vet-prescribed treatments. I also have no trouble changing diapers, expressing bladders, or changing bandages – even for finicky kitties! If your kitty boards with me, they won’t be missing their meds!

My passion is cats.

Compassionate Cat Care, LLC began with the idea of helping people enrich the lives of their pets. What better way to do that than to pet sit for them and make sure they’re taken care of well while their humans are away? To some people, pets are more than family, they’re our entire lives. We make our daily routines around their schedules, spend our last dollar on their care, and give them everything we possibly can to make sure they have the most comfortable lives. We rely on them emotionally and our bonds are irreplaceable. Our pets are our world, and we are theirs. My invaluable experience, especially with cats, began in 2005 when I started working at an animal shelter and it’s never stopped. Since then I’ve learned so much over the years about medical and behavior issues, treatments, and enrichment. Some of my roles have included being a Caregiver, Feline Program Manager, Animal Care Technician, and Veterinary Assistant. I am also currently enrolled in college to become a Veterinary Technician! Animals are my life and this journey to share my heart with your pets is the beginning of something wonderful. I’m excited to meet some amazing kitties along the way!
