** Banana Peanut Butter Homemade Tweats**
Want to know what’s in your pups treats? Make them yourself.
You will need:
1. Food processor
2. Dog bone cookie cutter set
3. Rolling pin
Ingredients:
1. 1 ripe-ish banana
2. 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter (make sure your peanut butter doesn’t contain xylitol)
3. 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
Instructions:
1. Make your oatmeal into flour by putting it into food processor, let it run for a minute at a time until oatmeal is in powdered form. Place the flour in a bowl and set aside.
2. Smash up the banana, and place it in a bowl with the peanut butter and mix together.
3. Save a few tablespoons of oat flour to use on counter when kneading dough.
4. Add oat flour to banana and peanut butter mixture and mix well.
5. Mixture should be thick, take mixture and use a rolling pin to roll it out, around a quarter of an inch thick.
6. Use bone or paw mold to cut cute shapes, poke each shape with a fork.
7. Grease a baking sheet, and bake them at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Check them at 12 minutes, and if they’re starting to look too dark, remove them.

Oatmeal is high in fiber and contains a plethora of nutrients, minerals, and antioxidants. Served in moderation, oatmeal can benefit a dog in a variety of ways. It is a great alternative carbohydrate for dogs that may be sensitive to wheat or grains. Oatmeal contains vitamin B, which helps maintain a healthy coat, and linoleic acid, which is a type of omega-6 fatty acid that helps to keep a dog’s skin strong and healthy.

I have had at least 3 friends in the last few months who have been victims to severe dog bites. It infuriates me that the owners of these animals wash their hands and say “sorry I can’t help with the medical bills” and move on with their lives leaving you stuck with a $10k + medical bill. And guess what, they still don’t invest in training their dog and it goes and bites someone else.
Well I’m here to tell you it doesn’t work that way especially if you live in a strict liability state. You can be compensated for the damages done to you or your dog, and the owner may also be held criminal liable.
It’s up to YOU to hold these people accountable for the damage they’ve done to you. Speak up!
