AFTER A LONG TIME CLICKED HOME BREED BIRDS

Pls read carefully and all hobbyist should take inspiration from this incident.
I am Sukanta Mallick owner of Universal Psittacines Bird Farm an Aviculturist residing in Kolkata. I have Macaw and other Exotic Birds. As every Aviculturist knows well on June 2020 the Union Government of India had introduced a voluntary disclosure scheme and instructed all Exotic species stock holders to disclose their stocks within 6 months from the date of announcement. Later the last time for declaration was futher extended till March 2021.
As a matter of fact I had also disclosed my macaw parents like all my fellow breeders in the parivesh portal within the time fixed by MOEFCC ( wildlife). Later I got some chicks from the declared birds and they were also registered within 30days. Under such case one of my client purchased a Macaw from me. So I made a transfer registration in his favour . When I was about to transport the macaw bird through flight, the coustoms authorities of Airport took my birds to customs office.
To my great shock even after showing my parivesh registration documents, the customs authorities refused to accept and confiscated my bird . Further they registerd case against me and I was harrassed by them to the core that I can't even imagine. Without any hope I paid money and issued a bond for provisional release of my bird.
Literally I had no idea about what to do and I was helpless from all corners. Every one started avoiding me and not even ready to attend my call due to great fear upon customs. I and my family were totally out of mind with great stress and depression. I was very much worried to hear that some of my known breeders were very much eagerly waiting to see my fall in aviculture profession and some others gave negative comments as if I will loose my case.
But my inner heart strongly insist me to fight back with courage to get justice. But I didn't know how and where to fight. Finally I came in touch with an Advocate from Madurai, Tamil Nadu Senthil Kumar ( R.Senthil Kumar- 9840314122) he is also an Aviculturist. After having discussion with him I sent my case documents to him. He suggested me to file a writ petition before High court of Kolkata.
Later as per the direction of Advocate Senthil Kumar I engaged an Advocate Mr. Abhinav Raksh*t (contact no of Abhinav Rakhsh*t -8697103597)from Kolkata High court and filed a writ petition to quash the case against me. But unfortunately I had an adverse order against me and the court had ordered not to trade birds untill the completion of customs case. So once again I met a great fall.
But I never lost my hope and my Advocate Senthil Kumar also gave me support and possitive intent to file Writ Appeal before Divisional Bench. Then I filed an Writ Appeal . My Advocate Senthil Kumar came from Madurai to Kolkata and made his arguments along with Advocate Abhinav. He explained the court about the unlawful overacting of the customs and submitted several judgements. After a long fight I won the case so all my cases were quashed by High court Divisional Bench.
From my bad and worst experience as stated above I wish to inform all breeders one important thing through my case that it is made clear customs authorities has no power to interfere in the inter state transportation of Exotic Live Birds whichever duly registered under parivesh in accordance with Advisory Rules. Once again I wish to make it clear that as per the voluntary Disclosure scheme the declared stocks within time can be bred, transported, sell and exhibit their exotic birds without any fear.
