Shiloh had a fantastic first night. We put her & Timber in crates next to each other in the puppy room. She fell in love with him when she met him. He looks incredibly similar to her momma & she is most outgoing and relaxed with him.

She cried in the crate for about 5 mins but we put on our special sleepy mix for puppies & she quieted down very quickly.

She woke up around 5:15 (so thankful for daylight savings which makes it feel like 6:15) and I took her potty & let her play with Axel & Timber in the backyard for a bit (I won’t continue this as time goes on since I don’t want her always being up at 5 but since we were in the car most of the day yesterday she didn’t get a ton of decompression time last night)

I then brought her in & put some breakfast in her wobbler toy & her and I went back to the puppy room for some morning play. It’s nice because it’s the opposite end of the house from everyone sleeping so we don’t disturb anyone. We worked on being brave on steps, sit, just lots of play & cuddles. She has settled down again and is relaxing in her crate with the door open (her preference to be in there right now which is awesome as I want her to love the crate)

UPDATE on upcoming Aussiedoodle litter.

It appears as though Ruby has a split heat this cycle & wont be able to be bred. We’re so disappointed but are planning to breed her on her next cycle. The hardest part of working with animals is nature isn’t always predictable. We will update you on future pairings as soon as we have confirmation!
