Threw on our PAWty hats last week to celebrate Winnie’s mom Rachel’s birthday as well as a little farewell to Jack + Jill! The pups really enjoyed having kittens to chase and watch all day. We are definitely missing the entertainment this week!

Another feel good Friday story for y’all!!!

From my arms to theirs! I couldn’t be happier to announce Jack + Jill have found their PURRRfect FURever home. Fostering is one thing that brings me so much Joy! Not only did I get to enjoy J+J for a month but I got to see the joy on these sweet little faces when I dropped them off with their new family! After these little girls showed me the outfits they had picked out for the kitties to wear tm I knew I had made the best decision ✌🏻💚🐱🐱👯‍♀️

A little feel good Friday story for y’all!

The Winter zoo grew by two this week!!

Back in 2020 my dad had given us money for our wedding. Well our wedding turned into an elopement due to covid, so I wanted to give my dad his money back. He joked that he wouldn’t take the money but if I would just get him another pug/ shih tzu and train it for him we would be more than even. This got my wheels turning and I started mildly searching for his perfect pup. With our move and everything things got put on hold a few times. He would ask from time to time ‘Is my pup ready yet?’ I would respond you just gotta be patient. Fast forward to 6 weeks ago, I finally found the perfect pup!! I reserved her and began making arrangements to go get her up in Philly. 2 weeks after getting everything setup my dads current pug/ Shih tzu Jack passed away unexpectedly. At first I feared my dad would reject a new puppy bc it was too soon. I finally blew the surprise and told him my plans. He was shocked and overwhelmed by how perfect the timing was. Last weekend Andy and I made the trip to Philly. When we got to the farm to pick up Suzie we found out there were only 2 puppies left from her litter. Her and her little brother Shawn. 1 puppy became 2 pretty quickly. We took our little farm pups home to our Airbnb on Elfreths alley (the oldest continuously inhabited street in America), gave them baths in the sink and snuggled in for the night. The next morning we took them to see the liberty bell and explore their home state a little more before their first flight. They got loved on by everyone and handled their first flight like champs. They are now settled in at Clyde’s Coastal Cottage getting socialized and trained before they go to their FURever home with my Papa Shark in Missouri! We are still deciding on their names bc as every dog owner knows the naming process is the hardest, most important part! They got the seal of approval from our vet and are so excited to meet all their new puppy friends! Stay tuned for all the cuteness to come ✌🏻💚🐶

I have a bonded pair of Kittens that are ready for their FURever home 🐈🐈

Everyone meet Jack + Jill born 2.21.23

As part of my business plan and who I am as I person, I am always looking for ways to give back. My sweet friend in Orlando had a litter of 4 kittens 1 week before she gave birth to her second kiddo. She found a home for 2 of them and I offered to foster the other 2. These sweet kitties have been socialized with kids, adults, dogs and cats. They have their first round of vaccines + have been dewormed + a nail trim. They are using a litterbox well + are kennel trained (at night and parts of the day, while they learn their boundaries). Jill is a little more shy but loves to be held and loves little mice toys. Jack is all boy, rough and tough. He does love to be held as well though and purrs like crazy. He is definitely more vocal. I am looking for the perfect home for them. If you or someone you know is interested I would love to have you over for a meet and greet. There will be a small adoption fee to cover the vet expenses and ensure they go to a great home.

So thankful to be doing something I love and finally fostering again. Thank you to everyone for the continued support ✌🏻💚 🐈

Huge shout out and many thanks to Aunt Annette for coming to stay with our zoo while Andy + I snuck away for a long weekend in New Orleans.

Fun fact: I am one of 25 grandkids on my moms side. This was the first of 4 family weddings we are attending this year! So thankful to have clients who understand the importance of family time. Work/ life balance is something I am constantly striving for.

Happy St. PAWtrick’s Day weekend! The pups didn’t even need to know I was Irish to smother me in kisses. 🍀🥰

I made sweet potato, PB doggie biscuits for our celebration. Then added in a few extra treats.

If your pup has dietary restrictions, I cater to that. Abbey is on a strict diet so she had only carrots + Sadie girl has bad allergies so she got a mini bowl of her dog food.

We have the first budding relationship of 2023 at Clyde’s Coastal Cottage. Caesar + Maple have officially been spotted getting in some late night snugs. Maple is very selective but it’s no shock she’d go after a distinguished older gentleman.

Sophie spent her birthday at training camp so we had a gotcha day pawty instead. I love what I do! I love that I have so many great clients who encourage daily pupper pawties!!! Happy gotcha day to the sweetest little red dog. Thanks for all the treats and for sharing her with us, Jean!

Another day, another PAWty! King Ollie turns THREE on Wednesday so his mom sent a barkcuterie box by Pupnic Baskets for him and the crew. Thank you Camella, you are the sweetest!! They all loved it 🥳

Ollie is staying with us while pawrents take a trip to celebrate his dads birthday! So he had a celebration with his friends and pouted the whole time bc there was no cake! Wishing you a very HB John, hopefully you had cake! Always let me know if you or your pup are celebrating something so we can PAWTY with you 🥳

Winnie stayed with us while her mom went on a birthday trip, so the pups had a celebration! They like any excuse to PAWTY! Happy birthday, Rachel 🥳

Meet Henry the 14yo dachshund. I got to sit with this handsome older gentleman while his PAWrents got married this weekend. So naturally I had to bring him Nash’s tux to borrow for the occasion! How sweet is he?! Cheers to you Susan + Michael 🤍✨

We had a late celebration for Betty White’s birthday last week with some of our boarders. I made homemade peanut butter and carrot treats, pulled out some party hats and made a donation to our local shelter. Betty was such an inspiration. I hope to positively impact even half as many animal lives as she did.

Mr. Rocco says Mondays are RUFF!! After a few treats and convincing him it was nice out he finally let me take him on a walk. He is such a sweet cuddle bug.
