It’s been a long time since my last 5km!- well over a year but today I made myself do it for my mental health- life’s hectic, kids poorly and stress everywhere but I owed myself a peaceful hour with my best fur buddy and I’m so pleased I did! Makes all the difference, now hubby’s off to the gym 🏃‍♀️🦮☮️
