HarveyBank’s Willow is still available and looking for a family to be matched with. He is a little reserve at first meeting but warms up, he loves to cuddle after playing a game of fetch and has a very typical puppy energy about him. Anyone who has got a dog from us knows that our dogs and puppies and Velcro. Willow’s parents are HarveyBank’s Her Majesty Cacharel and Ocean Ridge Huskora Sfora FCI.

*edit- Please Read Entire Post* Sometimes our dogs can be a little dramatic with their feelings. Especially Miss Chanel. This was the result a few min after I had spent some time playing with the litter of puppies. Those eyes! 🥹 Each of our dogs are more then just “breeding stock”, they are part of the household family. As with any multi-dog household we believe it’s important to spend time with the dogs individually and not always as a pack and encourage others to do the same. 🔥- Ok now back to Chanel’s eyes, while it looked like she was giving a jealous stink eye, and prior to my video she was looking to be pat, her eye language was actually a reaction to the other dogs barking, it’s called ”Whale Eye” and her body was stiff, which is a clear indication she was not happy, generally the whale eye means a dog is stressed, scared, or uncomfortable. You should always take this body language as a clear warning the dog is not happy with the situation before escalation happens. In this particular situation, the reality, the jealous dog was the one who you heard barking in the background (because I was petting Chanel), had the other dog came close to her, she would have likely gave atleast growl , (but not always will a dog give a 2nd warning) to the other dog. Once I stoped the video I distracted the barking dog before any escalation. I took this video today to show how easily we can misinterpret a dogs body language and warning signs, things are not always as obvious as they seem. We hear tell of stories all the time of individuals getting bitten by dogs, a high percentage of the time the reason is human error for not recognizing the warning signs, or recognizing and pushing too far.

Auntie Topeka is such a great help when I go clean the puppy kennel. 💕
