Tomorrow is the day! We are hosting a âClear the Shelterâ adoption event from 10 AM to 4 PM. We are waiving the $120 adoption fee for all animals.
While adoption fees are waived, shelter staff will still be conducting our standard screening and adopter evaluations prior to any adoption being finalized to ensure animals are being placed in the best possible homes.

Hope everyone is staying warm this chilly morning! I wanted to come and post to update you all about scheduling! I am booked from today (December 8th) until December 21st! Then I am booked again for December 24th-26th. I am also booked for the beginning of January as well!

Another rule of thumb you can use is placing the back of your hand on the ground, if it is too hot for your hand then itâs too hot for your babies! Stay safe and stay hydrated!

Hello everyone! Most of you know me, but this is an introduction post for people who do not. My name is Alexxys, though I typically go by Lexi! I am 21 years old and go to Gateway, I am currently in school for my associates and will transfer to NKU for my bachelor's. Any money made while watching your fur babies will go directly towards paying for my schooling, books, and any other supplies I would need throughout my semesters! I am trained in cat/dog first aid and CPR as of 6/22/2021, so your pets have someone who knows how to handle emergencies. I can give medications orally as well! My availability varies so please contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns!
