The cold, snow & ice is already here 🧊❄ making these roads a slippery scary place to groom 😱

Since Harford County can vary from one neighborhood to the next, we don't have a blanket cancelation policy for weather. We operate on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to get you rescheduled in a timely manner. Safety for all involved is our utmost priority; our bus IS our business so we can't risk it or US

As of this evening, the Magic Groom Bus duo is officially ON VACATION!! 🥳 *tires squealing*

ENDLESS thanks to all of our wonderful families for another busy season 💙🙌💛 We love you guys but we're so, SO tired! 😩😅😴

After our hibernation period, we will be back at the wheel on TUESDAY JANUARY 2ND.

Thank you to all of our families, new and old, that have filled up our books until next year!!! And to those who weren’t able to make it in time, don’t forget to book ahead!!! Many of our families utilize being able to book their entire year so they never have that “Oh crap! I forgot about the dog’s groom! 🤦🏻‍♀️” moment. Even if you don’t book your whole year, you can still book ahead for busy seasons!

Can you believe it's already been 2 years since we pulled into our first driveway?! We sure can't!

Starting this business has taught us so much already and we look forward to growing even further in the years to come!

Some losses just hit different. The sun doesn’t seem as bright, and the clouds don’t seem as fluffy as this boy has made his way across the rainbow bridge. Since the day I met him, the only word that I can think of to describe Riley is ✨Special✨. He was the polar opposite of his crazy brother Nemo, and the calmest, quietest Husky I’ve ever met. To say he will be missed would be a great under statement. 🥺

My (Stacie) mother and sister-in-law work with one of the couples who lost absolutely everything in the Bel Air condo fire. Fortunately, neither of them were hurt and they were able to go back in to save their cat, but they lost everything else 😢 If you have the means to, please consider donating, as they have a very very long road ahead of them 🙏🏼

Of course, we would hate to reschedule last minute, however, safety & comfort are always our top priority; both for the pups and ourselves! For that reason, please understand that there is always a chance that we will need to reschedule an appointment in the event of severe storms or excessive heat.

Not only can storms be frightening-especially since we're essentially outdoors- but they can also be dangerous for that very same reason!

If we deem the conditions to be unsafe, we will need to reschedule 🙏

If your pup is scared during storms, please let us know! If you think calming meds/treats would help, please use them (after consulting your vet). If you don't think they'll help, we would rather reschedule than put your uncomfortable pup through a process they likely don't like, even on a sunny day 😩

🎶Reunited and it feels so good🎶

Last summer we partnered with our friends at The Humane Society of Harford County and helped this big boy climb out of his SEVERELY matted, urine soaked coat. Brushing was not an option so, yes, we shaved him for his well-being and comfort- something we would never recommend for a Bernese (or ANY double-coated dog) without reason, so PLEASE don't come for me 😩🙏😅
Bernese turned Greater Swiss 🤷‍♀️😏

Well, here's that big beautiful boy NOW!!
Jaxx is in a loving new home of his very own...with a little comfort weight to prove it 🤭 (his mom's working on it- so don't come for her either 😆)

We love love LOVE a happy pup with a happy ending 🥰💙🙌💛

Our clients often ask, "Don't you girls ever take a day off??"

To answer that question:
Yes. Yes, we do! 🙌

The whole bus, including us people AND our phones, takes a break on WEDNESDAYS!! 💤

But wait! There's more!!
Stacie takes an additional day for herself on Mondays and for me [Déva], it's Fridays. The bus is still running on those days, however, just with a solo groomer ☝😊

With that being said, please be patient with responses to messages sent on those days. For various reasons, we operate as a text-only business & do not have an answering service; we do our best to efficiently return messages as we return to work between driving and grooming 🤪
If you have not received a response to a message within 48hrs, please don't be afraid to give us a little nudge and double-text. We're human and things do slip our minds 🙃😉
