What do you read, watch, fill your mind with?!! Is it positive, negative, inspiring, educational, emotional, captivating, intriguing?!! ✨ Does it lift your spirits, get you questioning, make you cry, spur you into action?!! ✨ What we fill our heads with, what we take as truth, what we surround ourselves with has such an influence on us. ✨ I have a greater amount of books on audible as being dyslexic I find I can take in information better this way. ✨ Therefore, I know just how susceptible I am to what I hear & choose wisely what I listen to. ✨ This goes for music 🎶 too with the lyrics. ✨ I use to sing the nursery rhymes to my daughters when they were little without a thought until, one day I stopped, & heard myself. I realised how awful they were. So I changed the words, rewrote the ending, or didn’t sing them anymore as I could feel the negative impact they had on me let alone my daughters. When you take a good look around you what do you see in your space that you have created? Is it harmonious, vibrant, engaging, cluttered, chaotic, random?!! Stopping, looking, hearing, feeling, knowing using our senses to allow us to see what we are or have created externally will help us see what we are or have created internally. Is it time to make some changes? Action something new by stopping something old?
