With a name like that you have to know that this 3 year old filly is carrying some weight in her name, she is. At only 10 days old this girl lost her mama and with no nurse mare she became a bottle baby. She has never known a day without love. Because of all of the circumstances around her raising her racing connections are very invested in finding her a great second career. She has had a good chunk of ground work since retiring putting a really great mind on her already impressive work ethic. She is honest, forward and really an impressive mare overall. Under tack she has a soft mouth, responsive to aids and quick to learn/eager to please.

This two yr old is a total dude. I’m usually pretty set on not letting 2 yr olds be considered amateur friendly but this guy is as honest as the day is long. He is royally bred by Winstar themselves and displays all of the class he was raised to have. When his connections started to push him for speed to wake him up a bit he had a suspensory strain- not a tear- and that was a good enough reason for them to not make him do a job he didn’t want to. Vet report said he needed 30 days of turnout so we gave him 4 months to play it safe and has been sound on it since starting back to work. He is a kick ride with a soft mouth. He is pretty butt high right now and won’t stop growing so I haven’t pushed him in training too much- also because I’m confident he is the same guy every ride. When he does stop growing and finishes filling out with muscle he will make a show stopping Hunter. All of this said he is 2, he is green and will need someone who can finish putting the rest of the buttons on him. He is in your pocket, happy to please and overall just a solid citizen.

Dream has no published works and therefore is not RRP Eligible, he is registered but not named.

💝Found the PERFECT home

Posie, a mare from my personal collection.
Dreaming of Rose is a 2008 mare approx 15.3-16h. She is as hardy and honest as they come. In 4 years I’ve never had her take a lame step, she’s an easy keeper and happy to live out 24/7. You can pull her from months off and know that she is the same horse everytime. Take her on a trail ride, pony other horses off of her, take her through a Hunter pace with no prep and she has yet to bat an eye at anything thrown at her. She has solid feet that I keep barefoot and fits into any herd middle of the group while keeping herself out of trouble. Rose had been used as a trail horse, a broodmare, a lesson horse and a companion and really just blends into anything asked with good attitude. With her beautiful floating trot and eagerness to work I think Rose would really like to be an amateur’s hunter mount, she would be very competitive there. I am open to a lease option or sale to the right situation.

Frock came in as a yearling to break and prep for race training. He is sound WTC but had an injury as a foal that ultimately isn’t going to hold up in racing. He was given the all clear to keep training but owners think it’s best to not test it so he is offered to a flat home or a home with light jumping.

He was started in October last year by me personally and I have been on him since. He is currently coming back into work after 30 days off. (my fault, not his) now that he is back in work he is ready to find his new home. This is the type of horse that I joke about being born broke, despite only being two this guy leads a pack on a trail ride, has ponied other babies off of him, rides english, rides western, does trot poles, has leg aids and a soft mouth. As far as personality goes he is going to be tough to beat, he takes care of my 5 yr old son and gets turned out with his pony with no drama. Just an all around good character.

I would love to see frock go to a home that will smother him with affection because he lives for it. Every person is my barn has ridden him and fallen in love with him- he’s just the type that’s worth their weight in gold.

This mare is a beautifully bred, beautifully built mare I am hoping to find a broodmare/recip/pet home. She has had a ton of training but from what I’ve seen she’s been passed around A LOT so it takes her time to bond to her person. She is super sweet and really tries hard to make you happy. She had a perfect home lined up but ended up not passing vetting due a healed fracture. (Vet records available for serious parties) She was cleared for light jumping or flatwork but she honestly would be happiest being a mama or a companion.

Smarty is available in Lexington KY, she is a hotter ride but I have spent months and months getting her right where she will hack out, do ring work etc but she will never be a beginner horse.

I could not be more happy with this guy’s progress in such a short time. He is so teachable and light in the bridle for what a big solid guy he is. Look at this cutie that we placed locally 2 years ago, formerly known as 19 Belle De Nuit, Mickey Rooney has made a name for himself in the Hunter world and doubling as a model for Pony Club in his free time! Always grateful for the amazing racing connections that recognize the horses that gave me the opportunity to play a small role in his career change 💝 He could not have found a more perfect home/family for him!

WyCliff is settling into his new home with his new family and I love that he got a home with his own little girl because this boy loved my son more than anyone else in the world 🥺 all of the talent in the world with the most gentle soul for a baby. I couldn’t be happier with this ending of my journey with him and only the beginning of his new journey ❤️ Every second with this guy was a gift, so thankful for Maggi Moss for allowing me to transition him to a new career for her and for always trying to retire her horses while they are sound. More importantly thankful my entire team who helped set him up for success so smoothly with all of the cookie and trail rides possible.

Wycliff is a favorite in our barn, he is restarted off track and lightly started over fences. He has focused on basics preparing him for a career in any direction.

Wycliff has a powerful correct stride that feels like driving a Ferrari the speed limit. He is in your pocket and eager to please while still having the ability to do as much as is asked of him.

We have been putting a lot of miles on this superstar. He is suitable for an intermediate rider and is fancy enough to really standout in a ring. Ransom craves a bond with ’his person’ and is going to blossom 5 times over once he gets that bond.

Retiring in 2019 Ransom was a pet until getting started again this year. He has cold set osselets from his racing career that will limit him from a high level jumping career while some jumping is still ok.

Ransom came to me right after retiring and was placed by me personally through NTWO. After being diagnosed with cancer his previous home has asked that we find him a new home to love him as much as she does.

Since being back at my facility Ransom has been riding regularly and working hard to prove that he really wants to have a riding career after a few years being a spoiled pasture pet. He has been ridden in gallop tack, english and western accepting the disciplines with little to no hesitation. I do think he would rather have a job where he can be outside versus strictly ring work and could see him being a field hunter or all around type but he has the natural frame to excel as a dressage prospect as well.

Ransom has osselets in his ankles from his racing career that although they are cold and have never bothered him with limit from from being an upper level jumper. He is still happy to do Hunter paces, local shows etc. I could also really see him having a successful dressage career with his natural frame.

Ransom is approx 16h, suitable for an intermediate horseman with a trainer but will not go to a complete beginner. References will be checked for potential homes.

Pronto is an intact c**t, he was never raced and has been hanging out with me since he was a fresh 2 yr old. Because he was so young I wanted to let him grow up a bit and get started under saddle before offering him for sale. I am very proud to be offering him now.

Despite being intact, Pronto is turned out with geldings and has had no problems. He is not bossy and I have not had him get in any disagreements with other horses even when meeting them. He is very submissive and gentle.

While pronto is green, he is absolutely SAFE. He has never offered to buck, bolt, bite, kick, etc. On the ground he is well mannered and has never needed a chain despite still being intact. He is desensitized to my 4 yr old son driving his tractor around the barn while he stands tied and all of the other shenanigans that comes with young kids. I have led green kids around the property from his back with no issues.

Pronto is more of a kick ride and would happily thrive in the hunter ring. I have recently used him to help pony break baby racehorses to being led from another horse and he never even batted an eye while a 2 yr old c**t thought he was a snack. In the ring he has 3 beautiful gaits, leads and is supple into contact using his body correctly. That being said he is not fit at all and cannot go all day yet. He is happy to hack out in company or alone. He is professional with the farrier and can stand tied inside, outside, at the wash stall, to the trailer- just about anywhere.

Overall, pronto is a horse who is absolutely worth his weight in gold. He is classy beyond his years and has all of the ability to take care of a timid rider who has experience on the ground. Once he is gelded he is going to be an absolutely unstoppable partner.

Pay the Vet aka Sky is a big b***d thoroughbred who retired from racing in 2020. After a VERY unimpressive career in 13 starts (only one win) Sky was placed in a trail riding home.

Since retiring Sky has been riding in an English saddle. He is happy to hack all over the farm alone or in groups, ships in and out often, stands for kids to hang on him, brush on him and braid his mane ALL DAY LONG- like seriously, give the barn kids all a curry comb and they all will be in heaven for hours.

Sky is very amateur friendly, he is tolerant and has seen/experienced many situations. Although he is safe and has been ridden a lot in the last year off track, he is still considered green and has not been in any professional training program. He is extremely teachable and would thrive with a teen in a lesson program.

Because of how loved he is, I would love to offer Sky as a lease with the option to buy for the right scenario. If you think you could be a fit for Sky please reach out.

Stu Mo was one of the first thoroughbreds I placed on my own, outside the umbrella of an organization. I love the updates from him, he definitely found the perfect home for him.
