Two litters of marten rats. 6 weeks old and ready to go! One standard ear litter and one dumbo litter. 6 females. Pairs only. And 10 males. Pairs only. Very friendly line, confident, litter trained.

Dwarf dumbo Marten babies ready to go to homes this weekend (pictured here is one female dwarf dumbo marten). We also have Marten standard babies. Born 8/25/23 and 8/26/23. Super friendly and sweet and doing well with litter training!

Available are 8 females and 10 males. MUST be sold in pairs male/male or female/female. Message for more info! I’ll be posting pictures of all shortly.

9 babies born today 8/25/23 from Chomper (standard ear marten buck) and Breakfast (Siamese dumbo doe). ALL dumbos! 3 males and 6 females, will confirm around 2 weeks as well as update colors.

They will be available to reserve on 9/22/23 and available to take home on 10/6/23.

Current males and females for sale. This was from a test litter, they are fantastic so are now going to be offered to pet only homes!

Please read description under each picture. These are all standard ear rats. If you are interested in dumbo rats you can message me. As always rats are sold in pairs only. So you can buy all 4 males together or pick 2. Females only sold in pair. All are well socialized, eat mazuri pellets as well as grains, fruits and veggies plus treats, and all are easily potty trained.

Babies are 3 weeks ago and doing amazing! Look out for a post cominh soon on availability. Some are already spoken for, in particular our Siamese babies, but I will have more top ear Siamese available in January.

Looks like 4 Siamese (marked, those markings will fade), one berkshire black, and one hooded. Very excited about this litter and seeing colors and personalities in the next week. 5 will be available. They will be sold in pairs of 2 and 3. If anyone is interested in these babies send me a message!

Doofah’s litter 11/3/22. 4 females, 2 males. Males both dumbos, females 3 out of 4 dumbos. Looks like one Berkshire male, a hooded female, possibly a marked Siamese? The rest should be Siamese.

Babies born 4:15pm on 11/3/22. 4 females, 2 males. Males are dumbos, 3 out of 4 girls are dumbos. Hoping for some Siamese babies, looks like a possible berkshire boy, and a hooded female is the standard ear. Thinking the rest will be Siamese.

Will be ready to go to homes between 12/22-12/29 depending on personalities and readiness. We wean at 5 weeks then figure out who can go together best. We will be keeping 1-2 females and the rest will be available. All are doing excellent so far! Awesome milk bands and Doofah is being aNova amazing mom!

Welcome to Land Before Time Rattery. 😊 We have been officially breeding for pets since 2021 and are ready to offer pet rats to loving homes. We specialize in cuddly, friendly rats. Our goal is to provide rats who are perfect family pets. Longevity is our next goal. And recently we are adding some pretty colors to match pretty personalities.

Our new batch of rats will be tested for Rat Bite Fever but out of caution for our rats and younger children we prefer selling to only families with children ages 8+.

Colors in the mix are Berkshire, Siamese, Agouti, Albino, and soon we will be adding Marten. Coats are currently standard and Rex and masked rats. Ear types both standard and dumbo.
