Good morning - a little update on our Bourke surgery hours this “New Years” week:
🐶 31/12 - 11am-2pm (vets available)
🐱 2/1 - 9am-5pm (vet available)
🐮 3/1 - 9am-12 midday (NB no vet - pet shop only).

🏥 EMERGENCY arrangements:
Please call 0409 304 054 (or the usual number 02 6870 1488)
🐷 Your call will be triaged by our triage service Vetcheck 24/7 - you will speak to an experienced vet nurse FOR FREE
🐰 If you require a face to face appointment, this will be arranged in Bourke UNTIL 8PM Mon-Thurs or UNTIL 5PM on Fri-Sat-Sun
🦉Outside these hours you will be referred to Western Rivers Veterinary Group or Orana Vets in Dubbo… OR
🐨 For a $110 fee you can elect for a MEDECHAT with a vet 24 hours/day

Monday ~ 9am - 5pm (Vet available)
Tuesday ~ 9am - 5pm (Vet available)
Wednesday ~ 9am - 5pm (Vet available)
Thursday ~ 9am - 5pm (Vet available)
Friday ~ 9am - 12pm (Vet Available)

If you require veterinary assistance outside of these hours, please utilise our after hours service, by calling 0409 304054 to speak to an experienced vet nurse for advice and triage.
This service is available 24/7. If veterinary consultation is required, you will have the option of televet consultation and there will be a fee.
Our vets are available for AH emergencies Monday-Thursday until 8pm and Friday,Saturday,Sunday 9-5pm.
Outside these hours our triage service Vetcheck 24/7 may refer you to Western Rivers Vets at Warren or Orana vets in Dubbo.

To all our lovely clients,
Our vet won’t be available for after hours emergencies from midday Saturday 5th -midday Sunday 6th. As usual our free triage service will be available on 0409 304054. You can speak to an experienced vet nurse any time day or night. You can also be connected to a video consultation with a vet for $110. If needed you may be directed to attend the closest vet (Warren).
