Peterborough Veterinary Outreach Outreach providing accessible wellness veterinary care to pets of owners in the City of Peterborough who are receiving OW or ODSP.

Peterborough Veterinary Outreach offers veterinary wellness medical care for pets at NO CHARGE. Wellness care includes physical examinations, core vaccines (rabies and distemper/parvo combination (DA2PPV) for dogs. Rabies and feline upper respiratory vaccines (FVRCP) for cats), deworming, flea and tick prevention, and nail trims. We are not equipped nor available for sick pet care or surgeries. We

are supported by donations, fund raising and grants. We provide care for pets of owners who are on OW or ODSP and live in Peterborough, Ontario. Clinic days occur once a month (on the 2nd Tuesday of the month except in October when it's on the 3rd Tuesday) with sign up the day before. WE DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS VIA EMAIL OR ON THIS FB PAGE. You must come to the sign up to book an appointment and bring proof of OW or ODSP and photo ID with your address on it.

Our next clinic on Tuesday February 11th. WE HAVE 19 AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS. Don't forget sign up is Monday February 10th between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. Cones will be sent out at 11:30 a.m. The cones are numbered, and if you get a cone you will get an appointment

We have a spay neuter clinic in Peterborough at the Humane Society but there is also this clinic in Trenton that does low cost spays and neuters too.

We are forecast snow for the day. We are still open for sign up at 12:30. Remember that the cones will be set out at 11:00 a.m.

We have 14 ..... Count'em 14....... appointments at Tuesday's clinic.

Please don't bring your pet to the sign up. We just need to see your pet at the appointment

Please wear warm clothes. It is cold outside and you will be lining up possibly for a little while.

This month, and this month only, we will be putting cones out for the number of appointments that we have at 11:00 a.m. on Monday January 13th. You can come and get a cone and then come back at 12:30 p.m. to do the sign up or you can wait outside until 12:30 with your cone.
