Look what we picked up from the post office today!! 14 Buff Laced Polish hatching eggs. I love polish chickens and eventually will get to where we only breed standard size polish chickens. So y'all wish us luck for a good hatch!! If we can get a good hatch from these, we will try and get some more eggs or chicks to grow out a second blood line to combined together for our breeding pen.

Spring is right around the corner! We are excited to start getting eggs again! After a few test hatches we will start having Paint Silkies, Black, White & Splash Silkies and some mixed colored Bantam Cochin chicks & hatching eggs available! They will only be sold locally until we get NPIP certified again. We will start getting all our flocks seporated out and will get some pictures of them posted soon!

Hey everyone! Its been a while since we have posted. Over the summer we lost the majority of all of our polish chicks to predators. We have since rebuilt and built better predator proof grow out pens. And have extended our flocks to other breeds beyond just polish. We have bantam cochins, and silkies now too. We are going to be working on bettering our flocks, and focusing on breeding for ture colors in the coming year 2024. But to start out they are just pure birds that are different color varieties. Our end goal for 2024 is to have a pure paint silkie pen, pure splash silkie pen and have a foot in the door to breeding cuckoo silkies. We also want to have pure Millie fluer bantam Cochins and black mottled. And we will grow our Candy Corn polish flock and add Tolbunt Polish! If we can have theses breeds and color variations by this time next year ill be thrilled! One step at a time and we will meet our goals! What are some poultry goals you have for 2024?

Some of our Polish grow outs! They are all getting so big! I'm so excited for this fall when I get to sort through and pick out our breeders! We officially have:
Buff Laced
Gold Laced
Silver Laced Polish
WC Black
Tolbunt
Candy Corn
We are adding some more WC Black, WC Blue, and some Splash on Monday! Hopefully if all goes as planned!!

Over the weekend we added a trio of Gold Laced polish, 2 hens and a roo on Saturday and on Sunday we added two more hens. They look a little rough right now, but with fresh grass, a good high quality feed, and some love we will get these birds looking gorgeous 🥰

Y'all I'm so excited!! We have two weeks until our eggs hatch in our incubators. We set 12 Gold Laced Polish eggs and 14 Tolbunt Polish Eggs and they all!! That's right all are developing! Unfortunately 1 egg from each color variety had cracks I had missed so they had to be pulled out. But the rest are all doing great!! Only 2 more weeks to go!! Here are some pictures of what these chicks will grow up looking like.

Gold Laced
Sliver Laced
Buff Laced
White Created Blue: if we get a good WC Blue pen build up we will not have a WC Black, or Splash pen.
Tolbunt
Cuckoo
Candy Corn
