Fundraising Php20,000 for the surgery of Puti, to remove oral tumor.

PUTI is well-loved by his owner. Unfortunately, a rare tumor grew inside its mouth rendering Puti not able to eat properly. Puti was brought to three different vet clinics with the same diagnosis, that the tumor is rare and that it is inoperable.

After Doc Eugene of Vetlink Veterinary Services - A Community Vet Clinic checked Puti, he informed the owner of the risks if he operates on Puti. There is of course the danger of not making it but then again, not doing anything would also lead to a slow death. So the owner decided on a surgery.

As they lacked the funds, SWS is fundraising the operation and vetting of Puti. The tumor was removed and Puti is currently on post-op recovery. Please pray for Puti’s survival and quick recovery.

UPDATE - GOODBYE LUKE: It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Luke. This dog suffered too much pain after being hit by a vehicle. We though he might survive despite the severe injuries (lost two paws) but Luke’s health eventually worsened. Goodbye little angel, no more pain in heaven. See you there!

Fundraising Php12,000 for Luke's, (2 feet missing) running bill.

According to reporter Angelica Ignacio, the dog’s 2 hind legs are injured and the feet are missing. It was severed.

Worse, Luke is having respiratory difficulty, seemingly about to die. Luke is also emaciated, very weak, and is not moving. The report was that it used to have an owner but was neglected after it was run over by a vehicle.

According to Doc Eugene of Vetlink Veterinary Services - A Community Vet Clinic , the wounds of Luke are rotting and necrotizing. Sepsis is the main enemy. He will be under wound management while the body is being stabilized to determine if he will be amputated or not.
