Cook the grains (brown rice, quinoa, or oats) according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked protein, vegetables, and grains.
Add fish oil for additional nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids.
Mix everything together until well combined.
If needed, add water to achieve the desired consistency.
Serve the homemade dog food in appropriate portion sizes for your dog's size and weight.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
