Clementine’s baby girl “Ollie” was adopted by the sweetest dachshund loving family who drove 8 hours, stayed the night (the new Bucees was a big highlight lol!)and picked her up for the best birthday present! She was a tough one to let go and I had tears at pick up but she’s fitting in perfectly and I know she’s being so spoiled and LOVED!🤎🥰♥️

Another happy new owner with their Dachshund puppy from Ivory &Teddy's litter! Kaitie Bouk we wish you and your family all the best with your new dachshund puppy "Violet"! Finn’s beautiful litter, I haven’t posted them yet since they aren’t available!🫣Joint litter with my friend at Charmm dachshunds, her sable cream was the sire. Excited for my first sable piebald puppy, such a rare coat often confused with “shaded”pups. Vet check tomorrow!

Let me start by saying there are thousands of awesome dogs in shelters/ rescues so please if it's in your heart adopt or foster a rescue dog! I am very active in Dachshund rescue and have been for almost 15 years. I've fostered hundreds of dachshunds/ mixes. We've adopted so many over the years. BUT not everyone has the skill set to properly care for a shelter dog with an unknown history so please stop shaming people who want a puppy from a good breeder who guarantees health and temperament. The #1 cause of animal overpopulation is irresponsible pet owners or people breeding puppies who don't care about the home they go to. It's not breeders who carefully place their puppies in homes with a proven history of taking proper care of their animals. A good reputable breeder has adoption criteria, asks a lot of questions, verifies current pets are spayed/neutered. We take our dogs back at any time for any reason without question. We are not contributing to the sad fact that shelters overflowing.

I'm about to splurge on the Santa sleigh bed I can't wait to take puppy pics for my families with it Our dachshunds are loving to burrow in this oversized cave bed cute corduroy fabric and plush inside. Blondie had her puppies and 5 days later Clara had hers. They have been inseparable. When I was getting concerned about ensuring that everyone was nursing enough I moved Blondie into a different whelping pen and that's when Clara decided to repeatedly carry her puppies up onto the couche So l assembled a double sized puppy pen for both of them to be together and everyone is happy and thriving! Also I may or may not look like a trainwreck on a FaceTime but atleast you can see your puppy for real!! But seriously people are getting scammed left and right I'm trying to help educate people so they don't lose hundreds of dollars to a scam! You'd be surprised how many people get sucked into that low price on a gorgeous chocolate dapple longhair with one blue eye! That's an expensive puppy don't fall for the low price they throw out there to lure you in! Ask for parent pictures, litter videos, puppy pictures with a post it note showing the current date, FaceTime before sending deposit. **| don't have time to FaceTime every single inquiry but I'm happy to do it when an approved adopter is ready to send deposit! #puppy #puppylove #puppylife #dachshund #dachshundpuppy #dachshundlove #doxie #sausagedog

✨If you’re wondering how or why we would own so many Dachshunds😵‍💫😍The comments on some of my posts can get crazy/mean/untrue so here’s a bit of my story♥️ I love the special connection with other dachshund owners and dog lovers. Our first pets as a family were 2 sweet black Labs, a Golden/border collie mix, and 2 dachshunds ALL rescues. We started fostering dachshunds and I became very involved in rescue doing everything from fostering, transporting, intake, medical responsibilities, appointed to board member and eventually branching off with a few close friends to start our own 501c3 rescue! (DREAM est. 2013) I opened my dog boarding business in 2011. This allowed me to run a successful business and foster a lot of dachshunds! I also spent 6 months working hands on with a dog trainer/behaviorist. I love this breed and now raise them and my #1 responsibility is to place them in the best homes (strict adoption criteria)and offer lifetime support.🫶🏻🐾. #dachshunds #dachshundlove #dogs #dachshund
