Kepri's first litter of pups, born in February, and went home in April are about to turn 3, and just may have experienced their first snow! Let's share their snow pics or a recent!

Our fave mama, our fave girl, Kepri, got spayed today! She has given us 18 precious pups and has been an awesome mama, but as promised, we wont breed our mamas more than twice!

We will be studding, Scotch, our best boy from her first litter in the near future, and we also have a guardian girl from her second litter that we hope to breed in about two years.

Hey Moonbeam fam and followers!

We will be on a good break from breeding for a couple of years due to a few things:
1) our unexpected human baby arriving at the end of summer
2) the Doodle market is saturated right now and we feel it is irresponsible to keep flooding it and best to let it settle some

We love that everyone else loves Doods as much as us! We do have a guardian puppy out there from our last litter that if all pans out will be bred around 2 years from now. In the meantime, if you decide to purchase a Dood, please consider these things:

1) Buy from a breeder that health tests their parents. In a flooded market, breeders should make sure they are only putting out pups with no inherited genetic issues.

2) Look for breeders that do additional training, desensitization, and puppy curriculums. With so many out there, you want the best!

3) Look for breeders that use guardian programs. These insure mamas are not being overbred and are loved pets not just breeding dogs.

4) Ask breeders how many times they breed their mamas. Reproductive vets say 4 to 5 times is the max, but we choose to only breed ours twice.

5) Pay attention and be leery of breeders who have lots of litters per year, and definitely weary of breeders who have multiple litters at a time...it is irresponsible in a flooded market, and as a breeder that puts their all into it, I know that they can not be giving pups their best first 8 weeks if they have multiple litters at a time.

We have one last pup left, Teal! His litter mates leave tom night and we don't want him to be alone!

He can sit, and lay down on command.
He has slept in a crate at night with his litter mates for 2 weeks.
Potty pad, litter tray trained.
He is going to be a big, big fella
Wavy coat, less grooming maintenance

Both parents are health tested and clear of all genetic health issues/disease.

Both parents have OFA hips/prelims that are good.

Our pups will have:
Early Neurological Stimulation
Sound Desensitization Training
Worming at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 and 7 weeks.
Vet checks and first vaccines at 6 to 7 weeks.
CKC registered
Beginning of potty training/litter training for an easier transition
Crate Exposure
Lots of Socialization raised within our home with cats, our children, and our many friends.

They will have a 1 year health guarantee against tested genetic diseases.

Here are some recent pics of our 2 personal Doodles, Kepri (our mama), and Scotchie (her son from her first litter).

I'm just here to say with all conviction, if you have never had a Doodle, and have so much as considered it, do it. You won't have any regrets. Ours bring us so much joy, and bring us so much happiness on a daily basis. We couldn't ask for better snuggle buddies, classmates, woods buddies, camping partners, trail dogs, family members, and friends! There is no other dog I'd feel so comfortable with the comings and goings of so many children and friends and guests at our house!

Also, having two is awesome because they play with each other!
