Getting inspiration in the Smokies
Greenhouses are sprouting up like weeds around here, it's a jungle out there!
The majority of the framing has been completed. The benches have been framed out and additional elements may be added at a later stage. The next step is to incorporate the outer wood and secure the greenhouse plastic to ensure a proper seal.
Pruned the tomato plants to enhance growth and promote fruit production.
Started building the new potting shed / seedling greenhouse.
Main garden irrigation is running.
First early season farm walk through. Things are growing, zennia and sunflower gardens growing great. Alot of the root veggies like Carrotts and Beets getting a great start as well as the Green beans and Strawberries. Soon to come Tomatoes, Peppers, Okra, Egg Plant, Melons, Lettuce, Green Onion and Radish. Irrigation is about half installed. Still got alot to do before going on a adventure on June 14th, going south for some R and R and some research on a couple Organic farms more to come on that.
