DOG DAYS is based in Godalming Surrey and is run by Joe & Lisa. We provide Dog walking & Dog sitting DOG DAYS services are fully insured and CRB checked.

If you decide to book with us, we will ask for an introductory meet & walk free of charge, so we can learn all about your dog and ensure we provide a service that is an extension of you. We will mostly walk 1 dog at a time so we can ensure 1:1 care and attention according to your dogs needs. However, we also offer weekly group walks so your dog can get a variety of activities with us. We are proud
in delivering a personal and independent service with your dogs safety and wellbeing of upmost importance to us. Joe & Lisa set up DOG DAYS purely out of a love for dogs. Our aim of starting this business is to help out dog owners by offering safe, loving and fun walks with friendly company for all dogs in our care.

A Dog Days Farm Sit 🐶🐱🐑🐓
Joe & I were asked to dog sit at a farm back in June! Looking after 3 dogs, 2 cats, chickens & sheep! What an experience - we thoroughly enjoyed it!

🌾 Let’s talk grass seeds! 🌾
During the summer, those tiny, sharp grass seeds can sneak into your dog's fur during their walks. Once embedded, they can cause significant discomfort and pain ☹️.
Be sure to check common trouble spots like between their toes and inside their ears after each walk.
Look out for these signs in your furry friend and consult your vet if you notice:
-Excessive paw-licking
-Limping
-Head shaking
-Scratching

Our group walks consist of a maximum of three dogs to one human 🐶 We feel this enables us to give our full attention to each dog individually and to also interact with the entire group.
We are then a manageable group incase we approach a dog on a lead or an unexpected obstacle!🐾

Solo Walks 🐾 Meet our gorgeous regular rescue.
This lovely lady enjoys weekly walks with both Kelly & I. She came to us wanting solo walks so she could have the space she needs but to also enjoy interacting with other people and dogs in a controlled way.
She loves treats and jumping on tree logs! She's such a sweet girl and we are so happy to have her 🐶

Exercise-related heat stroke can pose a serious threat to your dog.
At Dog Days, we will always reschedule walks to cooler times of the day or provide alternative care. We also carry ice packs & have cool mats in our transport.🐶
Aim for shadier areas and avoid pavements if you can - keep your pup safe and cool during those sunny strolls! 💛☀️

Here at Dog Days, we love group walks as much as solo walks with our dogs! Our group walks consist of up to three dogs at a time, ensuring each pup gets all the love, care, and attention they deserve.

Easter was a busy time of year for us at Dog Days!
Joe & I did 5 sits in 6 weeks! We get to build such a great bond with the dogs when we dog sit and we absolutely love it.
We went on some proper adventures while also enjoying mid-week walks with the Dog Days group! 🐶✨

This lovely girl joined us when she was 1 - quite high energy and boisterous! We loved her instantly!
With patience, we took her back to basics, worked on her recall and helped her calm down around other dogs and open spaces.
Now, she's 18 months and thriving, off lead, alongside her Dog Days friends! ❤️🐶

As temperatures rise, ticks become more active and pose a risk to our furry friends. Keep them safe with these top tips.
🌿Regularly check your dogs for ticks after outdoor adventures.
🌿Focus on areas like the head, neck, ears, and feet where ticks prefer to attach.
🌿Beware of tall grass and bushes where ticks lurk.
🌿Remember, ticks can be as small as a pinhead before they bite.
🌿Use vet-recommended flea prevention products as an added layer of defence.
Tick removal can be done at home with a special removal tool, but if you do not feel confident in tick removal, contact your vet promptly for safe removal and further guidance. Keep your pups safe this season! 🐾

Lab Love 🐾💛
At DOG DAYS we have over 10 Labradors that we look after! Not to mention the Lab X's and the retrievers!!
We have some that walk with us every day, some every week and some just on an ad hoc basis. We also have 2 lovely labs that we dog sit for regularly.
They are all different and all absolutely amazing! We really love working and walking with our Labs!

A very happy 1 year DOG DAYS anniversary to this special girl 🐾
We started with 1:1 dog walks for quite a few months, to help build trust and form our relationship before slowing introducing her to the rest of the gang. She hardly ever walks on her own now and is showing the newbies how it's done! haha!
She is our little adventurer💛

We looked after two gorgeous Collies back in August! Lots of long walks & agility games throughout the week! Loads of fun for us and some amazing cuddles! Hopefully we will see them again soon! 🐾

Introducing the bounciest member of the DOG DAYS family! We're always so happy to see his lovely face! I've never known a dog to thrive so much in wet weather conditions haha!! He has so much love to go around 💙🐾

We did it!! 🥇 Trekked 26 miles yesterday for The Alzheimers Society! Took us 8hrs 47mins and was absolutely brutal in places but we did it! Gorgeous views along the way too! THANK YOU so much to all the doggies that sponsored us. Its a charity close to our hearts and it really means so much to us ❤️ We've raised £935 which is unbelievable! 🥳

This is what makes my job so rewarding🐾
Meet our regular rescue - he has been part of the DOG DAYS team since March. He started off a little timid with me and quite shy but with a huge amount of on lead walks and developing trust between the two of us, he has really come into his own. He now walks off lead for the whole walk with great recall and runs around playfully with our other regulars! He is such a special boy and to see him progress like this, is the best part of the job 💙

The first (of many) summer dog sits! 🐾
Gorgeous boys! We've done various day / evening dog sits and this was our first week sit covering their parent's holiday! We had a blast!
Joe sees the boys on a regular basis and is starting to work with the young rescue to help improve a couple of habits he has when he is out walking 💙

Our lovely regular duo 💙💛 Love seeing these two twice a week! They've been with us since January and it's been so great forming such a fun and rewarding relationship with them both!
