The 2 Para's are possessive! 🤣 Mom fell today on the ice and may have broken a couple of ribs. Hopefully by morning, mom will be saying, as we say in West Virginia, I'm just stoved up. Mom only had one point of contact and it was right below her right b**b and all the impact went on to her ribcage. Mom did get in 4 1/2 miles running and 2 miles walking 📣 YAY

Blog Post: In my video, I had some of the facts wrong, so I took the video down. Below, you'll find what the blog had to say and all of the correct dates and what the 80,000 was for.

As 2023 draws to a close and Melissa is again begging for money...this time she says she needs $75,000. You should be aware of her blatant fraud.

As you know a former volunteer sued Melissa for a $60,000 loan she gave her to buy the "Med House" in August 2017. What is disturbing is not just that she gave Melissa the loan and was never paid back, BUT Melissa got the money to buy the "Med House" in April 2017 in the form of a $80,000 check from another donor Tanya.

So, in April 2017 Melissa got $80,000 and spent that money on God knows what (can you say Thailand vacation). Never told other volunteers and donors she got the money and went on a social media blitz the Summer of 2017 trying to raise the money to buy the "Med House" that she had already gotten a $80,000 check to buy it with. See memo on check.

This same donor Tanya gave her a $200,000 donation, then a loan of $100,000 when Melissa got the land contract for Huntington Ridge. When Melissa was not paying back the $100,000 loan this donor made her sign a mortgage for the "Med House" so that when the house sold she could get at least some of her $100,000 loan money back.

What is disgusting about this whole situation is Julie D who loaned the $60,000 to buy the "Med House" had no idea (nor did any other donors) that Melissa had already gotten $80,000 to buy the "Med House" from someone else. Also, Melissa promised Julie that if the "Med House" sold she would get that money, but that was a lie. She had signed a mortgage with the other donor Tanya saying she would get the money when the house sold. When questioned Melissa told Julie she knew nothing about the mortgage Tanya put on the "Med House, but that was a LIE. Melissa SIGNED and had a notary validate her signature on the mortgage!!!

There is nothing Melissa is honest about when it comes to money except the fact that she commits fraud. What you see in this case with Melissa is unjust enrichment and fraud at the highest level. The President of Devoted Friends Linda Carmean was also made aware of this mortgage and this lawsuit. Where is the Board Of Directors of this nonprofit?? Being complicit enablers is not a defense to the IRS who we now know have been in contact with DFAS.

If you want to donate and help animals there are so many amazing transparent organizations, seek them out. Melissa Borden is nothing more than a lying human Ponzi Scheme disguising herself as an animal rescuer.

Buckle in, because 2024 is looking to be one hell of a year for Melissa Borden especially since the IRS has come knocking.

I have decided to run a 100 mile race for the dogs. I already know what it feels like to run 50 and 77 miles. I want to know what it feels like to run a 100 miles. The people that immediately start trying to calculate a solution to a problem are more successful than the ones that just say they want to do something. That calculation began last night when I couldnt sleep.The planning phase is always the easiest phase because it is done in comfort. Through suffering, you get a chance to learn more about yourself and what you're made of. Everyone's suffering is different. Mine may not look like yours and that is okay. It looks like probably September will be the time. If our weather permits with good conditions, I will be able to complete it sooner. I'm estimating about 33 1/2 hours to complete it. Today is day 2 in ramping up to start running in less than 6 weeks.
WHY I RUN: Those that struggle, I know where you are and how that feels because I have been below you and waded in it far longer. So, I believe you are capable and it is possible to rise above your struggles because I have. Through miles of running, I have been able to rise above the dead-end mind set and slay those demons that wanted me to fail.

This is Tiffany with the Pleasants County Dog Shelter. She is the mama bear to all the babies. This is their current bath setup. They desperately need a new tub. I will be working to find the best fundraising platform. We will either be running a 50 mile race or a 100 mile race. We just have to take some time to get back in the swing of things to make that decision. Stay tuned!

It only has to matter and make sense to you. What you think is what matters the most. You live in your brain 24/7. It's your decisions and thoughts that you have to live with up there. Make sure you base your decisions on what you want.

These are the kind of comments that we get on the blog. The blog references the barn as having a cult following. These people are basing their opinions off of what is being verbally told to them. They are promised documents to back up that side but they are never produced. Over here, we produce the supporting documents. Fortunately, their numbers will not change the evidence and outcome. You can't make this stuff up. Even when I was not sure, I didn't base my opinion off of verbal remarks. I looked at the evidence to form a conclusion.
Please educate yourself before you draw your conclusion.

This is the horse ring on Mack road covered in layers of manure because she failed to haul it off. The horses have zero grass to graze from. Their standing in manure all day during their rotation outside because the inside is too small to allow for all of the horses. Stalls are being occupied by more than 1 animal due to over crowding. Neighbor took this picture and has first hand knowledge of the going ons. Frankie never comes out. She was only allowed out back when melissa wanted to do a video or take a picture to get more money. The neighbor has witnessed all of it. I think if she is evicted and loses everything, she will only take Doodle with her. I don't think she will lose any sleep over it.

Response by the blog to the latest post: I will include other responses as well. I am definitely not alone. So many horrible stories and lies that she just can't stop lying.

Janet Turner she has gotten away with lying to people, failing the animals and literally living off the donations with carte blanche for years. She needs to look in the mirror and see the reflection of the responsible party. If she knows where the horses are does she know who impregnated the one and that she failed to live up to her own contract?? Sounds like she is actually selling horses for profit, not finding them great homes. If she thinks this pressure is bad wait until the IRS, AG and Charitable Trust step in. To keep everyone in the know her license in Michigan expires at the end of December. It will be interesting to see if they renew, suspend or revoke it.

They are not on your rescue page and you have not posted since November 28th.
You lost them because you have too many animals on each property. Are you going to continue to let donors sponsor them??
Will you ever share that with them so they stop donating and sending food??
So many animals seem to be missing.
Attention donors, ask Melissa where they are. If you are lucky you might not get blocked.

Update with memories from the past from the blog.

Oh yes Melissa such a great memory!!! Telling the public they were adopted together, yet within 5 months their adopter no longer had them. Who knows where they are and honestly where are so many of the Devoted Barn animals that are no longer accounted for. You want to get back to doing more of what?? Failing and hoarding??

Don't be fooled folks this isn't what rescue is all about. Farm animals in the woods with a lawsuit. Dogs in a dungeon allegedly paying $8000 a month (has to be a lie). Owing a volunteer $60,000 for a loan. Stop handing your money over to this farce.

Did you see this POS with his dog?? First of all he did not need the dog and secondly the cop did a poor job controlling his dog. Practice makes perfect. Anger gets you no where except the dog being punished.

Looking for any other suggestions besides what I'm doing now for Sam's diet. Sam is currently on a prescribed liver supplement and I don't think that the thistle milk can be combined.. She currently is eating blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, parsley,eggs, carrots, peas, rice, sweet potatoes and chicken or turkey. Looking for any other suggestions besides what I'm doing now. Also, she is drinking purified water.
