Well it's been a long day but what a blessing! On her last litter Remy didn't disappoint... she had a healthy litter of 9, 3 of each color. She also gave us our "unicorn", the illusive first yellow female Prestige Labrador Retrievers has ever produced.
Black 1 female 2 males
Yellow 1 female 2 males
Chocolate 2 females 1 male.

It finally started this morning just after 3am!! 2 so far with a long day ahead of us.

Vet check today at 57 days Remy is a very healthy 101.6lbs with 8 pups clearly visible.
The next week will bring joy to many!!

And then there was one!! All pups have found forever homes and Coco is the last to go, and she will be leaving us shortly.

Well all our genetic research paid off! After 6 black and yellow males we were left wondering if Luna had the correct gene to produce all 3 colors like Magnum does. Then she gave us an unexpected surprise...a little Chocolate female!! The xray showed 4-5 pups and we ended up with 7, all healthy and all loved!
