I bought this to put into my car, but ended up going a different direction.
Bought this online from a builder. They build a bunch of these, so that is estimated hp/tq

I am selling a rebuilt 496 cubic inch Chevrolet stroker engine with 576 horsepower. It is made from a Mark V 454 4 bolt block with a 1 piece rear seal and a 9.800 deck, which can fit in vehicles ranging from 1965 to 1998. The block has been machined on a brand new RMC V40 fully automatic CNC machine for the best finish.
The work done to the engine includes cleaning it thoroughly, shot peening, magnafluxing, and pressure testing the block. It has been freshly bored and torqued plate moly honed to .060, and all blocks are also sonic checked. The block has been line honed, square decked, and installed with new cam bearings, new freeze plugs, and new lightweight, fully CNC machined Wiseco forged racing pistons and Speed Pro plasma moly rings. The engine also has new King H bearings for rods and mains, a new Elgin Industries E1143P camshaft with a true Cloyes double roller chain set, new Elgin hydraulic lifters, and new Pro-Comp Enterprises forged steel H beam cap screw rods.
The crankshaft is a brand new Pro-Comp cast steel 4.250 1 piece real seal crankshaft with a full .125 radius on the mains and rod journals, shot peened for stress relieving, internally balanced, and micro polished. The engine is fully balanced on a new RMC computer balancer and is also blueprint. The cylinder heads are new Pro-Comp aluminum rectangle port with D port exhaust ports, and they have been assembled with new 1 piece stainless steel swirl polished severe duty quality cast valves, double springs and chromoly retainers with hardened locks, new stainless steel 1.7 ratio full roller rocker arms, new pushrods, new rocker studs, new guide plates, and a new set of 12 point chromalloy head bolts with Teflon tape for best seal.
This engine makes around 576 horsepower at 5400 RPM and torque is around 640lbs at 4500, all done on 91 octane pump gas with a pump gas friendly 10.25:1 compression ratio.
