You’ve asked and we have heard you! We have had a number of requests for telehealth visits. We are happy to announce we will be offering telehealth visits starting after Thanksgiving with Dr. Lauren Silvesti! 🐾💕
Many of you may remember Dr. Lauren, she is from Hammonton ,NJ and worked with HousePaws for a few years until their family relocated to Washington DC. She is thrilled to be back on our team to serve you!

Telehealth visits have many benefits for clients, especially if a traditional visit is not available:

*Increases access to care
*Improves quality of care delivery by servicing you promptly
*Improves patient engagement and satisfaction: pets stay home and don’t have to
directly interact with the vet -- good for pets who are wonderful with owners but
scared around medical personnel

With Telehealth, we can continue to care for patients in person while still providing the flexibility and convenience of seeing patients remotely for follow up visits, checkups, and education when appropriate or necessary.

Telehealth appointments are not for every pet or every situation. We are happy to be able to offer this to expand how we can serve you and your pet.

Stuffing (due to onions, scallions or garlic)
Ham, gravy, and other fatty foods
Turkey Bones & Skin
Mashed Potatoes & creamed peas (due to dairy)
Anything containing grapes or raisins
Chocolate
Raw Bread Dough or Cake
Pumpkin Pie or other candy & gum (contains Xylitol)
Alcoholic Beverages

If you want to give your dog or cat a Thanksgiving snack, try turkey meat (no bone or skin), plain potatoes and sweet potatoes, plain cooked pumpkin, and plain peas.
