Tom The Tank recovering. Thank you for the prayers and well wishes for T3. After a long battle with a bad tail, old Tom decided it was time to let go. Here is the big guy sporting his new look. Tom is obviously happy to be back in his happy home with his loving family.

Tom in his new home.
Big Tom enjoying the freedom and love of his new and very own home. It has been a long road from the mean streets of Mount Vernon to the mean cats at the rescue. Tom hasn’t had it easy.
But look at him now! Tom The Tank is living, large and laughing easy!
Spay and neuter. Foster and adopt. Love and be loved.
Working with Momma Vera. Seems only a week ago Vera was trapped and grave birth. Actually, it was only a week ago. Vera came in feral, but has been coming along quite well. She has been courteous enough to take time away from her motherly duties to let me get in a few good pets and chin rubs.
This morning it was concluded that we have two fantastic and sweet cats up for adoption. This is Dusk. Named for her dark Torty color. She is beautiful!!
She is probably under a year, based on available evidence. She has been fixed, has her first shots, has been treated for parasites and is FIV and Leukemia negative. She was brought in for TNR and seemed a bit feral when trapped, but maybe ahead just did not want to be trapped. Here ahe is loving pets and attention and putting away.
Please message me if interested in this beauty. I will post photos as well.
Tonight while trapping, we brought in a handsome cow print Tom. What a doll. He was meowing in the trap and then when I transferred him into a holding cage, he began to rub against the door of the cage.
I took a chance and opened the cage and touched his nose. He immediately went into turn arounds to get pet. He is not fixed, so who knows. He is going Saturday to get fixed up. I will post pics tomorrow.
If anyone is looking for a handsome cow print Tom, I know where one may be had.
Siting posting cat stories, while nearly forgetting the story sitting next to me on the couch. This handsome guy is Tom the Tank. The name is only fitting his physique and not his charm and personality. Tom is as gentle as they come and only wants to sit or sleep with his person. Please consider Tom. Message me for more info.
Charlie Cat, the father of all cats- or at least many that have gone through my door- living large and laughing easy with his best friend George. Anyone who says a feral can never be a house cat needs to meet Charlie. He is one handsome and gentle former feral, who sports his ear tip proudly.
Charlie Cat!!
Charlie Cat showing off his mousing skills. They cuddle, they snuggle, they make life a little more livable, and sometimes a best friend shows his love and loyalty by sniffing out and pointing out an unwanted guest.
If he is smart, this little guy will be moving along to the next unit quite quickly. Yay for Charlie the master of his domain.
Charlie Cat living the dream.
Only about a year and half ago, Charlie was trapped and neutered.
He had been quite the fierce ruler of his neighborhood and was a wildcat when he came through the door.
With a little time and love(about a month), he was quickly converted to the quiet, respectable, and obviously lovable cat he is today.
Here he is with his person, loving life. The only sign of his former self, is his Van Gogh ear.
Yay for Charlie and another home.
Some of his kids, relatives, and friends are still available, so send a message.
