Hey all!

Really quickly, if any of you keep fancy goldfish or are interested in doing so, I have 4 fantail fancy goldfish about 2-3” currently looking for a new adventure!

I have 7 more still growing that will be ready for an adventure soon!

Hey everyone!

If any of you have ever been keen to own helix maxima or already own them then I’m sure you’d be interested to know that I will have many looking for a new adventure next year!

Their parents are a yellow shelled, normal body and a normal shelled, normal body so the babies will most likely be a mix of the two but they are currently too small to tell.

They will be culled periodically over the coming months and sent to a reptile keeper so no babies will be ‘wasted’, if you will!

I am very excited to be raising these babies and I will be keeping a few yellows back for future breeding if there are any.

These are some of the ideas that I have so far!

These designs are intended to have moss placed on top of them to prevent any accidents. Another really good idea is to have any harder decorations high enough (on top of a mound of substrate) so that the snails can climb on top but not fall onto them and hurt themselves! I currently have a wooden hide in my enclosure and I have soil, moss and leaf litter on top of it ❤️🐌

Hey everyone!

So, I think my plan is to get Christmas out of the way first and then I’m going to start gathering supplies and playing around with different materials and designs and seeing how they perform, etc.

I’d really like to know what types/designs of snail decor you would really love to see in your enclosures?
