Tooradin Pony Club HT 2021 ✨

A very late post for Tooradin HT
Dressage:
I was really happy with my test. I just really need to work on allowing Fin to stretch down in the free rein walk and stretchy trot, which did cost us a few marks and apparently Paige doesn’t know when to turn for a centre line because I was way off 🤣
11th After dressage

Cross country:
Fin was a power house out on course going clear with 5m 01s with the optimum time as 5m 05s
Winning the closets to the optimum time ribbon

Show Jumping:
Our showjumping round was going really well until I missed jump number 4 and had to circle around so we lost our momentum and up to 5ab I did not set the stride up well knocking 5b and then 7 after that.
Fin and I finished 14th overall and I am super happy with out first HT’s back since I broke my ankle 💗

I finally had a proper ride on Fin yesterday and he was so good! Thank you so much for riding him every now and then while I was injured 💚 My has fully recovered and now I just have to work up the muscle in my calves again

I am finally going to have my first ride back on Saturday! 🎉 I am so excited and can’t wait for some photos to post that are aren’t all from ages ago. Hopefully Fin will be on his best behaviour 🤞

Good news! My ankle is on the road to recovery and I will hopefully be riding by November 😄 Fin is off his nut and so fat I don’t know if the saddle will sit properly 😂 But I am so exited to be riding again soon
