🦮 EDIT; The dog has now been taken to a nearby kennels by the Dog Warden. If you have any formation relating to the owners please get in touch quoting the original incident below.

FOUND DOG; This Labrador has been found roaming Cannock Chase this evening. We have taken her to Cannock Police station temporarily until the dog warden can attend in the morning.

We have checked for a microchip and the details are not up to date so unable to contact the owner.

If this is your dog please call 101, quoting incident 659 of the 12th of February.

The importance of environmental training. Training will continue for a long time but Nova is now walking fairly well. Ignoring most people. Sitting at the side of the road until given the release command. She wasn’t too keen on bus but we will work on that. She also needs to work on ignoring dogs but we will work on that too. Overall her responsiveness to my voice was very good ❤️ gonna start clicker training her now as she’s too quick to move on so will need that bridge in between the command and reward 😊 x

Beautiful walk down the canal with this handsome boy, gently talking to him about how he doesn’t want to get too close to the edge. So he instead gets the zoomies, front and back legs clearly not cooperating 🙈 and he falls in… as you can see from the last picture he’s looking at me like it’s my fault 😂 no gratitude that I got him out within a second though 🤣 bloody love this boy ❤️
