Will You Give Me A Home?
Hello! My name is Zest. I am a senior German Shepherd Mix and
weigh around 70 to 75 pounds. Though I am considered a “senior”
by age, my spirit is still young and free. I have an active, vibrant
and positive personality. I am always up for playtime or a nice long
walk. And oh, I absolutely love playing fetch and can spend hours
with tennis balls!
I was found as a stray in Livermore in August 2022 and now
reside at the East County Animal Shelter in Dublin. I have been
here for a couple of months now. The caretakers at the shelter
are very kind to me, but there is really no place like home, is
there? I would love a human who I can call my own, adore, and
follow around. I can’t wait to have my own bed, bowl and toys.
Because of my food and toy drive, my caretakers think that I would
be best suited for an adult-only home or a home with older teens,
who have experience with large dogs.
If you are looking for a handsome, senior doggo with the energy and
“zest” of a puppy, I’m your man. Come over and shake paws with me.
Visit http://TVAR.org to see videos and more pictures of my handsome
self. I can’t wait to meet you!
Pssst….Tri-Valley Animal Rescue (TVAR) covers spay/neuter and senior panel blood work costs on Senior Sundays.
