Plants invertebrates and fish are being realistic. Some changes had to be made for shipping in order to enhance seller/buyer protection.

DO NOT put the blue water or rinse water in aquarium. LAG is void if the live product is prohibited in your area. This is a live product. Every second counts. LAG is void after 2 hours. LAG only applies to the listed live product not including DOA extras.

The rest of the house except for nugget is out on a trip so I'd like to take advantage of the quiet after he goes to sleep tonight. I'll be going live on my discord tonight to record on gatekeeping. Time TBT. I have several different topics I'd really like to record on the problem is that right after I finish writing a script I find yet another topic. This one will be a little easier to manage and I think a little more interesting than let's say cyanide fishing Which of course I will get to later.

Actually getting any recording done has been difficult due to the acoustics in the building. No matter how hard I tried in editing, this is a pre-record issue. I was fortunate enough to figure out that those tent making skills I learned in childhood will be useful as I'm going to have to make a miniature studio in my hobby room with a big fluffy comforter 🤣🤣🤣 this is of course until I can rig up a collapsible cubicle.

An order of Pink Grass Guppys Fry on their way out today. This is why it's so incredibly important to segregate purge and fast fish at least 48hrs before shipping. All that debris you see in the segregation tank is their waste. If you feed according to label, then they are already eating several times more per day than needed. Even when not being fed there is still food in the tank such as leftover food, biofilm, algae, detritus...etc. some species will cannibalize on fry because they don't recognize their own young. because captive aquaria is fed so well, they can go longer without eating than in the wild. They can go up to 2 weeks without a nibble. Segregating them in a clean tank starts a fast. It also spooks them a little triggering a reflex to relieve themselves. If you were to move fish directly from their home tank to a bag for shipping, they would poison themselves during the trip. #themoreyouknow
