I am only booking a few spots a week the weeks of October as I will be having a surgery October 1st that will be restricting me a good bit. And as I book these spots, I am wanting them to be mostly returns since my family and I will be familiar with these babies and they will be familiar with us. It will make things a lot easier on us and them and we will already know their schedules and how to take care of them. ā¤ļø They will all still be well taken care of itās just going to take a village. š
So if you are needing in for the month of October, (fall break for example) I highly suggest to get your deposit paid and secure that spot because they will fill up quick and I canāt take as many as I usually would!

I have availability for the first few weeks of August and am booking September also! Only booking a few (return) babies in October since Iāll be having surgery and then November and December, letās fill the book! Itās never too early as I always say because you donāt want to miss the spot for the perfect trip! Better late than not!

Good morning! Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer so far!
I wanted to say a few things to let everyone know.
1) there will be a post made today introducing someone that will be helping me with my page etc however most of you already know her.
2) there will be new pictures posted with the pricing that I have ALWAYS had other than a few changes to the deposits.
3) there will be some changes to the TIMES that I answer text messages and phone calls. And that will be posted as well. I love all of you and your furbabies, new and old customers, howeverā¦I have a precious family of my own also and when I take care of your babies all day and through the night for some. Sleep does have to be in my life. š I understand everyone has fun on vacation and when they get in bed they miss their little baby (s) but also remember thatās when Iām in the bed with my family and sometimes my grandson as well. I hope everyone understands and appreciates that we go out of our way to accommodate times for pick up and drop off as much as we can but there is just one of me. ā¤ļø
4) we do still have the referral discount. $25 off for referring someone. (They have to pay their deposit and follow through with their stay in order for you to get that discount) so send all your friends and family our way!

Vets have reported a high number of kennel cough. I have not had any stay with me with any symptoms or been sick!
However, if you have taken your dog (even to get vaccinations) and think that your dog MAY have been exposed, has symptoms, isnāt feeling wellā¦PLEASE contact me about your reservation immediately. I do not want any start and or spread of this and would greatly appreciate it if you would take all precautions to let me know.
ā¼ļøif I feel like your dog is sick or starting to come down with something like this while they are here, I will immediately take them to the vet on your paperwork to try to stop the spread or outbreak here. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but since I do this from my home and I only keep a few at a time and I just donāt want anyoneās babies sick from someone else bringing their baby sick!

It's essential to keep your fur babies safe from kennel cough, a highly infectious disease that spreads quickly. To avoid any complications, make sure your pet is vaccinated, and if you notice any symptoms, get in touch with the salon right away to reschedule your appointment. Local veterinarians have reported an increase in kennel cough cases in recent weeks.. Please help us keep our fur babies safe!
If you havenāt booked and need to, Iām available to book you! I will answer my phone from 7:30 am-8 pm about booking. Sometimes later but if not I will get back with you first thing the next morning.
*please know that when booking your balance has to be paid AT DROP OFF. I always send my price sheet when booking so everyone is aware of the price at the time of booking with me. I canāt hold off on my payments until after vacation etc because this is what I do for a living as well and this pays our bills also. That isnāt fair to me or my family.
Also, vets may be cheaperā¦I get that. To each their ownā¦ I have close friends that board dogs. They send people to me, I send people to them. I have a different environment than they do and we both have an understanding with our businesses on that and support each other. However, (not my boarder friends) but I have had friends recently board their dogs at VETS and they have got kennel cough, I currently to this day have not had a dog leave sick and Iāve been doing it for 2 years. I do this out of my home, I donāt leave them overnight, if I leave for a period of time my kids are checking on the dogs (and they know what to do) or I have my best friends come check. So they are not left unattended very long at all! I hear every move they make. Sometimes thatās good, sometimes thatās bad for sleep. š“ lol š but itās good for you and your baby so I sacrifice.
My time, effort, home, pet room, maintenance and other things that I put into keeping your dog is worth every dime I charge.
Everyone thinks āPetsittingā is all fun and rainbows until they are here and witness it for a few days. There are SO many factors that go into my everyday life of Petsitting and my kids and their older friends can testify to that. They watch what I do and how I handle these babies. So I promise you, that what I charge is worth what you get for them to be in a home environment and be spoiled and loved like they are.
*ā¼ļøI will be adding into my policy if you book 3+ dogs, instead of the $50 deposit you will have to pay 1/2 of your total for the stay and it will be non refundable. ā¼ļø
I havenāt wanted to do this but I canāt have cancellations at the very last minute and lose spots a day-two days before reservation for 3-4 dogs. Those are spots that are hard to fill that quick and it cuts into what we have already planned on having for the week, etc and makes things hard for the business and family as well. I am not a huge business, I ONLY do this. This isnāt a side job, this IS my job and when I donāt keep many dogs at a time losing that many spots at once hits hard!
So I have to make some adjustments to cover some things. I am sorry for the inconvenience and please call or text me with any concerns at booking!

I am going to be gone for our family beach trip May 29- June 5.
I will be available after that. I do have some dates available. June is almost full. If you have dates in mind, I highly suggest booking and not waiting.
July is starting to fill up with people waiting and just making reservations for their vacations.
Since I have several already on certain dates and weeks, Iām not able to just keep 3-4 on top of that. So please donāt wait until the last minute to book! Iām available all day to help you with your stay!

I have had to say no more already this year than I have wanted to because certain dates have filled up fast. If you have dates in mind, donāt want until the last minute. I am not equipped to keep as many as boarding businesses since I do this from home and I will not be overbooking this summer due to the fact that I plan to enjoy what little time I have left with my boys as much as possible before they are ātoo oldā for mom!

Cody sure is going to miss Ellie when she leaves. She has been his buddy for sure. She is the BEST dog we have ever had, hands down. She gets the award! Sweetest temperament, calm spirit, and so loving! She hasnāt left our side since she got here. š©·
This is why we added a tv to the pet room several months back. Some dogs get interested in the tv when their owners watch it. And some just like the noise of it when they are at home. It keeps them company. Bella, my sonās dog loves to watch tv, especially when it has other dogs on it. So call me a crazy dog sitter or dog lover but yes, they have a tv here to watch. ā¤ļø
