Happy New Year to all our wonderful followers and supporters! 💕

2024 has been a busy year once again for us.

We’ve had a huge number of cats/kittens in our care who we have rehomed, whether that be to farms or to family homes. We’ve also helped, and continue to support, across several feral colonies throughout the year 🐱

We’ve suffered a few very sad losses as well,
which is the worst part of rescuing 🌈🕊️

We’ve had many generous donations from people fundraising for us, doing carboots, or simply donating cat food, so we can keep doing what we do best. THANKYOU, to each and every single one of you who donates, shares our posts or even just engages; we are so very grateful for your ongoing support ❣️

A massive thankyou to the team at PAWS Veterinary Health Centre, who at the drop of a hat will help us with whatever we need. Whether that be neuters/spays or emergency appointments for very sick cats. They’ve done a number of specialist surgeries for us throughout the year, and we truly can’t thank them enough!

Last, but by no means least, thankyou to each and every one of our volunteers.
Whether you help by picking up donations, fundraising, fostering, vet runs… We truly appreciate your dedication and absolutely could not do this without you 💜

A massive thankyou to our friends at Community Pet Food Bank, who dropped some presents off for the foster cats this evening! They’ve done a very successful shoe box appeal, and kindly chosen us to donate some of the cat ones too.

We are now closed for rehoming over Christmas! This is for the welfare of the cats/kittens within our care. We will be accepting adoption applications again on Monday 6th Jan 2025.

Our volunteers will be having a very well deserved break, however we are still here in case of emergency, and if anyone needs any advice. Please bear with us when you message, as we may not reply straight away 😊

Happy 1st of December from Bear! 😻

As we do every year, the last date to adopt is the 7th/8th of December. After that, we will be closed for adoptions until the 6th of January.

We will still be available to help cats in need as/where we can of course! 🎄🎁 🎅🏻💜

Jess is 18 months old and ready for her furrever home! Jess was living as part of one of the feral colonies we are currently working on. However, she is far from feral! 😻

✅ I am very loving! I am a little bit quirky and will sometimes growl if I feel unsure of something, but I mean no harm and love I kisses too.
❓ I will tolerate other cats, but I am not too keen.
❓ There were dogs at the site I was living on, so I have seen them before.
❌ I am not suitable to live in a home with lots of noise or young children, as I can be a little bit jumpy.
✅ I love to climb up you for fuss.
✅I can be very playful and love crinkly toys.

Remember Bobby, the kitten found abandoned at a building site?
He is now 12 weeks old and ready for adoption! 😻

✅ Whilst I am very timid, once I trust you and you pick me up, I purr for England!
✅ I need to live with other cats, as I can be a little bit antisocial when I’m by myself 😹
✅ I am up to date with flea and worm treatment
✅ I am very playful, and love balls and feathers!
✅ I will come with a neutering/microchipping contract
❓ As I am very timid, I may not be suitable for a home with young children
❓I am not dog tested

An update on the little kitten with the horrific leg injury.

The vet has said that sadly the leg will definitely need to be amputated 😔 At the moment he is still much too small and the leg is still very infected, so for the time being his antibiotics have been increased and he remains on pain relief.

Despite all of this he is a very happy little kitten, and although he tires quickly he loves to play with his siblings 😻 He has gained a little weight too so we’re happy with his progress.
