This brings me so much joy 😊

Jodi and I started our conversation about her adopting a pet pig from us back in October, over six months ago.

Like so many of us with the same story that doesn’t end well, she too had a pet pig when she was young and uninformed.

I’m so happy that she did her research and waited until the right time and place in her life before adding a pet pig to her family.

Stella Rose (formerly Valentina) just melted in her arms the second a placed her there and even sat in her lap for their over an hour long car ride home.

This is just a part of why I love what I do so much 😊🐷

Pigs can get stuck on routines. If we don’t keep teaching and training them new things they can quickly become “pig headed.” What does this mean? It means they get stuck in a pattern of doing what they’re used to. Belinda clearly knows how to spin to the right, but she hasn’t learned how to spin to the left yet. Watch to see how quickly she starts to catch on with just a little bit of training and the use of cue words “turn the other way.” What are some habits your piggy has developed that have them “stuck” doing things their way? I’d love to hear, please share!
