08/2023 Here's the email I received from a client.

"Hello, my wife Karol received a call from a lady that used your services to find her cat and we are interested to see if this is possible for our cat. She went missing Monday, June 26th, now 7 weeks ago as of today. We live in Scappoose Oregon above the HWY 30 fire station on the hill and have mountains and tree behind and beside us. The cat feared her shadow and I fear something scared her and she lost her way. We have a few things with her scent on it and have two other cats that may interfere with the scent. Is it possible to find her with these challenges? She was wearing a collar with a phone number tag, but with her fear of people I am afraid no one would be able to get close enough to read the tag.

Scam.... beware. I was sent a bill and contract before any consultation or assessment was preformed. Sad owners of missing pets fall for this scam; they fill out his not of legit contract and he shows up to collect the money. This needs to be stoped. If you give him a bad Yelp rating he attacks, calling the customer names. Read his responses on yelp... it explains his true character.

"At no time did I call you any names until now. Anyone who attacks me, my work is labeled a "TROLL" when they attack me openly without any documented factual evidence.

My credibility has and will continue to hold up in court.
You contacted me, I didn't contact you.

I sent you a contract which protects you and my company. You refused my service and then write a negative review because I charge for consulting. Shame on you. You need to grow up.
He stated I showed up to collect money. I never ever in 38 years have done that. (Another lie).

My 38 years of success speaks for itself and not from uneducated folks like yourself.

I never once saw you standing by my side on any of the 15,150 calls I've worked around the world.

I've never seen you spend your own $ to fly to a country (Turkey, Honduras, Philippines) from disaster and risk your own life yet I've been there, and you call me a scammer.

I've filed a complaint against you with the dept of justice and the BBB folks like you who never used my professional service need to keep your mouths shut.

I've attached my first book that I wrote about SAR maybe this will educate you a bit.

Note: I filed a complaint with the BBB about them posting lies/misinformation from clients and they did NOTHING about it. This means they support liars and misinformation.
They certainly have lost my trust.

To all my face book followers.

I was asked this am from one of my longtime friends who is also retired from the sheriff's office.

"Why haven't you sued the counties that bad mouth you?".

In talking with my attorney there are several reasons.

1). I'm a public figure and there for I have to take some grief from
idiots who aren't educated on the true facts.

2). In order to prove a slander, libel, and defamation case, the witnesses who come forward initially with these folk's statements must be willing to come forward as a witness and give their deposition for the case to go forward.

Sadly in both Clackamas County and Cowlitz Co. Cases it has been reported to me by these same clients that the sheriff refused to cooperate with the investigation (providing us with the name of the deputy who made the slanderous statement). And, the sheriff threatened the witness that if they cooperated with my attorney's investigation, the sheriff' would see that the reporting person would not get any assistance in their cases.

Even though I've reported each of the cases to the State Dept of Justice, nothing has been done.

As for the private person making false statements, I must see if they have any assets to go after before I file. Most don't.

Here's what I need from each and every one of you.

If you hear on any social media anyone civilian or law enforcement making any false statements regarding me personally or my work over the last 52 years, send me their statement and names of all involved. Along with the location and date.

We've been collecting evidence and are in the process of going after three private individuals who keep making false slanderous statements. The more evidence I take to court the better our case will be.

I HAVE BEEN ADOPTED!!

My name is Tracker! :)
I was brought in as a stray, found on Centralia Alpha Road in Chehalis. I am a really sweet but nervous boy and am timid around people I do not know. I am estimated to be around 4 or 5 years old. It is unknown how I would react around other dogs or cats, the dogs in the shelter are little intimidating to me and I do not like all the loud barking. I am looking for a quiet and loving place to call my own. I am neutered and vaccinated and ready to go to my new forever home!

Email: We are camping in our trailer at the Lincoln City KOA with our two 7 month old kittens. One of them, Hippo, escaped around 6am today, Saturday 11/25. We have been unable to find him. We’ve been walking around the camp, checking under trailers, showing pictures, talking to everyone we see and leaving our name and number. We haven’t left the area in hopes he’ll be able to make his way back. We are hoping that maybe you’d be able to help us find him. Any help is extremely appreciated Lora # # # # # # # # #. Team; H. My name is Egor! :)
I was brought in as an owner surrender, I did not get along with my littermate. I am a very sweet boy who loves attention. I can be nervous around new people, but I warm up very quickly. I am just over a year old and am a Standard Poodle - Swiss Mountain Dog mix. I am very large at around 90lbs. I get along with other dogs, as long as they get along with me. I also do okay around cats, I just need a slow introduction around new friends. I am not yet neutered, but I have an appointment scheduled at Newaukum Valley Vet on Dec. 7th. I am already vaccinated and ready to meet my new forever family!

A 25-year-old hiker went missing at Big Bend National Park on Nov. 9, when she didn't show up to her campsite. She was found alive more than a week later.

Safety for you and your dog(s) around the homeless camps in rural areas as well as urban areas.

Over the last 5 years I've seen a huge increase in homeless camps both in the urban areas as well as in rural areas.

During COVID, 80% of our searches were for folks who committed su***de. 10% were missing hikers, hunters, people with mental health issues not involving su***des. 10% were for dead bodies. 90% of everyone we looked for had either drug or alcohol issues.

Then we started seeing our dogs and handlers being affected by the Fentanyl and opioid parafernalia that we literally had to walk through during our searches.

Practice safety. Of course, never search these areas without being armed. Bear mace, fi****ms, and of course NARCAN.

As I approach each camp area, I would have one person (safety person) Hold onto my SAR Dogs. I would then enter and announce that we were with SAR, we're not police officers, and why were there. "Example" Hi we're from Search and Rescue searching for a reported missing person named JOHN Q SMITH. We're bringing in our SAR dogs through this area. Please keep your dogs secure during this search so we don't have any issues. Thank you".

This is showing these folks were not the police, we're not here to arrest anyone or harass them. We're only here to do a quick search for someone and we'll be out of their hair.

For the most part, folks were receptive. We did have two incidents where we were threatened with machetes and other weapons. This why we go armed.

I'm always respectful but I also have a job to do and don't tolerate idiots or their actions.

After the search, we wash the dog's pads off, and wipe their noses with a wash rag. Also clean the bottom of our feet before getting into our SAR vehicles.

Two weeks ago I had to walk through 26 homeless folks actively shooting up, and smoking opioids. By letting them know what we were doing, we only had to stop during our search once while one other homeless person was busy assaulting another.

Be careful out there. It's becoming a much more dangerous world for us involved in searching for the missing.

I love people and am very smart, I am very treat motivated. I am a Border Collie mix. I have been vaccinated and I am scheduled to get neutered at Newuakum Valley Veterinarian Services on Nov. 21st. I am ready for my forever home!
