Lego the Shiba Inu sat by the window, his nose pressed against the glass as he monitored the neighborhood. The morning sun was just beginning to peek over the horizon, casting a warm glow over the houses and trees.

Lego's tail wagged excitedly as he watched the birds flitting from tree to tree and the squirrels scampering up and down the trunks. He barked happily as a family of rabbits hopped by, their noses twitching as they searched for breakfast.

As he watched the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood, Lego's stomach began to growl. He turned his gaze towards the kitchen, where he knew his own breakfast would soon be waiting for him. He licked his lips in anticipation, his tail wagging even faster.

Finally, he heard the sound of his owner's footsteps in the kitchen. He barked excitedly and ran to the door, wagging his tail so hard that it blurred. His owner opened the door and gave him a bowl of his favorite food, kibble. Lego dove in, devouring his breakfast with gusto.

After he finished his breakfast, he went back to his spot by the window, ready to continue his watch over the neighborhood. He was content, feeling happy and satisfied with his morning routine, watching the world go by, and having a good meal.

In the sun, in the shade, come what may
With a wagging tail and a big grin
He lounges, and lounges, and lounges again

His fur is soft and fluffy and red
And his eyes are bright and clear, it's said
He's content to nap and dream
And soak up the sun's warm beams

He'll rouse himself for a quick game
Of fetch or tug, but then back to his aim
Of laziness, with a contented sigh
He'll curl up and nap, with a twinkle in his eye

He's a master of leisure, this Shiba Inu
With a life of ease, free of worry and ado
He'll live long and happily, in his lazy way
A true inspiration, come what may.
