There is absolutely no reason dogs who have been failed by humanity should then have to lay in and around their own s**t and p**s on freezing cement while waiting to be killed. While at the Lancaster Animal Care Center for our Thanksgiving For Angels event we noticed many dogs laying on cold cement. No beds, no blankets and some of the kennels were wet and/or had urine and p**p in them. The Lancaster Animal Care Center is at capacity all the time. We repeat, this shelter is FULL at all times. An average 25-30 dogs are dumped at this place daily....
