I shared an article a few weeks ago warning of the bacteria over in lake Neuchâtel, however there are cases alike emerging from lac Léman so please please be careful. Taking your dogs to the lake in this weather seems innocent and ideal but as with everything, there are consequences.

Selon la vétérinaire qui a tenté de sauver le canidé, il aurait succombé à l’«algue bleue» après une baignade, à Bonvillars (VD). Un autre chien avait subi le même sort aux Jeunes-Rives à Neuchâtel il y a deux semaines.
