Brought in the littles ones again today for some free roaming and socializing, adults that we got aren’t the friendliest but they also get some attention. We are trying to breed them to be as sociable as possible to encourage ease of handling.

Brought in the bunnies again for a little bit of play so they could stretch their legs again. Their pen is still a decent size but the floor in the house is more comfortable for sure for running around on. We find it also helps them get used to being held.

Well, tonight, Nibbles gave birth to a litter of 7 bunnies.

Cage is all cleaned out as it was cleaning day, we also put my Grandpas old brand on our hutch, if anybody needs so rock star rabbit manure for their gardening needs, let us know.

So I emptied out Nibbles nesting box so I could install a wire bottom on it, then we gave her fresh straw so she went right to work prepping it for her kits

Checked in on our ladies last night and Nibbles is feasting on spring mix like crazy. Thinking early next week we may have our first kits being born.

Well, Nibbles has already found the use for her nesting box with her instincts. She’s already stuffed it with hay and we are hoping she’s birthing next week!

Well, busy morning so far, got our second nesting box made and built our hay feeders and mounted to the insides of the front doors.

Made our first nesting box today for Nibbles. Tomorrow I’ll start fabricating hay feeders for the hutch doors and maybe bang out a nesting box for Blitz.
