MISSING PERSON

The Coos Bay Police Department (CBPD) is searching for a missing elderly Coos Bay man.

The CBPD is searching for 88-year-old Edward Warren Frederickson, who goes by “Ed”, who was reported missing on May 27, 2024. Mr. Frederickson is described as a white male of around 5'10", weighing 160 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He is commonly seen wearing a fedora hat and a suit-style jacket. Mr. Frederickson's last contact with friends or family was on May 24, 2024.

Since Mr. Frederickson was reported missing, his vehicle was found unoccupied by family on May 28, 2024, in the Empire area of Coos Bay.

The CBPD asks that anyone with information about Mr. Frederickson's disappearance call the CBPD at 541-269-8911, Ext. 1, or Coos Stop Crime at 541-267-6666. Tips can be made anonymously.

It was a bittersweet weekend for us as all of the puppies went to their new homes. Letting them leave was hard, but knowing they are going to be loved and spoiled family members in their next home helps. Our house is empty of chaos and we don't have 6 a.m. wake up howls anymore, but we miss their sweet cuddles and watching them zoom through the house. Until next time. Stay tuned for dog adventures as we spend time winter camping with the dogs soon!
