We are a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing abandoned & orphaned kittens, pregnant kitties, mama kitties and kittens, in the NY Capital Region and surrounding areas. The organization is run completely by volunteers. We have no paid employees. Come in & visit the Kitten Angels Adoption Clinics throughout the NY Capital Region and surrounding areas at our partner stores. Adoption applicat
ions are available online or at any of our partner stores. An approved adoption application is REQUIRED in order to adopt one of our angels.

An adoption fee of $175 must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, have been tested for FeLV/FIV, and have been spayed or neutered. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.

Sky and his sister Sweetheart went home tonight with a wonderful family. Their wait for a home was a little bit longer than some, but well worth it! Here is Sweetheart who is in love with her new dad, and it’s obvious he feels the same! Sky’s 2 human sisters will shower him with affection and help him overcome his shyness!

We had a few adoptions today in Glenmont!! Siblings
Jenga and Bingo left the building and went to two separate families! This is Bingo and she was so happy just to relax in her new mom’s arms!! Congratulations Bingo!
Jenga and Twister went home together Sunday night with their two new dads!
Other adoptions included Dove and Rain, Quinn and Harley from Puddy Tats Foster group!

Just a brief 😻 hello from all the Cats and Kitten Angels in Glenmont Pet Center and a few of our local fosters that are and will be in the store and ready for adoption! This is National Pet Adoption week with Pet Smart and we are ready! We currently have 4 new kittens (new arrivals) and 5 young adults (1 new adult)along with more coming from fosters on Saturday! This Saturday 7/20 (volunteers available after 1030am), we have a clinic from 11–2p and on Sunday 7/21 from 11-1p!

Last night Glenmonts most recent resident, Jersey Girl left the pet center for a 5 minute drive to her forever home!!! It was love at first sight for her new mom who also has a friendly senior dog at home!
She will be spoiled and loved and have plenty of rooms with lots of windows to enjoy and watch all the wildlife around her. Congratulations to all!

Saratoga Petsmart has a gorgeous female Torti!!! Where is Missy’s fan club?? She’s 3.5 years old, and found herself on the streets of New York City after her family was evicted and just put her outside to fend for herself! She’s sweet but not sure what to make of the adoption center right now.
Stop by and say hello to her Saturday 10:30 to 2 or Sunday 10 to 12 .

Bear/Tangerine, female, spayed, 3.5 years old. Shes a typical orange girl, a little chatty, combined with a little spice. Sweet, petite, not a fan of dogs. She lived on the streets of New York City after being abandoned by her owner. She loves to connect with visitors to the Adoption Center. A family with older cat savvy children would be fine.

Hi all! It’s National Pet Adoption week at Pet Smart! Glenmont Pet Center is having adoption hours this weekend, 11-2 Saturday 7/20 and 11-1p Sunday 7/21! Weds-Friday, starting at 5p there will be volunteers available on site or call 6176867160 for an appointment.
We plan on more cats/kittens this weekend too!
First on the list is our most recent arrival!
JERSEY GIRL- UPDATE ADOPTED!! a DLH silver grey with touches of white, approx 2 years old! She is a sweet heart and loves to explore and play! She enjoys cat trees by windows where she relaxes and watches wildlife from the safety of her perch! She was friendly with other felines at her foster mom’s home but because she was abandoned may need a little time to adjust to household routine!
She’s was previously spayed and is up to date with testing and required vaccines

Also they have a 1 year old French bulldog and a 3 year old cat that Jasmine and Jupiter will keep very busy!! Congratulations to all!!

In Glenmont kittens from foster care ruled today! Here are 4 mo old Ember and Cloud leaving with their new parents! They go home to 2 other young adult cats and will have lots of love and care to make their transition with the new family easy!

Pepper, is 1+ years old and gets along very well with other young kittens and cats!! He is a social cat and we request he goes to a home with at least 1 playful friendly young cat to keep him happy and content!

ADOPTED Ramona and Gabby, BONDED SISTERS, 4-5 years old, have arrived at Kitten Angels/Saratoga PetSmart, from a less than ideal situation. They’re unsure what will happen next but they’re very sweet. We are committed to finding them a safe, loving home together. We’ve got you girls💕
12-18 month old sweet girl found by some children under a car crying for help. Kitten Angels came to the rescue. She arrived at Saratoga Petsmart today and is settling in very nicely. She loves to have conversations, she loves observing all the pets walking by the viewing window. Feather wands and treats are her favorite!
