🐾 The sun is out which means summer is coming to Vancouver 🌞. In preparation for the heat, we wanted to share some top tips for keeping your furry friends cool and comfortable all season long!

🐕Walk your pup at the coolest times of day, avoiding mid day temps

🌊 Keep them hydrated! Make sure your pup has access to plenty of fresh water throughout the day. You can even add ice cubes to their water bowl to help keep it cool.

🌴 Provide shade. Whether you're out on a walk or lounging in the backyard, make sure your pup has access to shade to protect them from the sun's rays. Pacific spirit and Stanley park are coolest spots to walk on hot days

🍦 Treat them to something cool and refreshing! This is a little hint of what greats things we have to come, EXCITED!

🏊‍♀️ Go for a swim! Taking a dip in a cool body of water can be a great way for dogs to beat the heat. Just be sure to supervise them at all times!
