Terms & Conditions of the Dauntsey Dog Park
The Landowner allows the hirer to use the land (The Dauntsey Dog Park) on Olivemead Lane in accordance with the following conditions:
• This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the hirer accepts that the landowner maintains control and possession of the Dauntsey Dog Park.
• Use of The Dauntsey Dog Park shall be entirely at the hirer’s own risk for themselves, their guests and dog/s.
• The landowners accept’ s no liability for death of, or injury to, or illness of any person/dog/s or damage to any property. We also accept no liability for losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred by the hirer during the use of the field.
• The Field is to be used as an area for hirer to train or exercise dogs up to a maximum of 4 dogs per visit.
• All dogs must be healthy and have an up to date vaccination history.
• The hire cost is £5 per hour which must be paid prior to your booking.
• During the use of, and upon leaving the filed, the hirer is to ensure the field and parking area is left in a clean and tidy condition.
• Please clear up after your dog/s , use the free dog bags provided and place in the bin by the gate.
• Please take all litter home with you.
• There is a water tap in the field please make sure it is turned off after each use.
• There are no toilet facilities on the Field.
• There is no smoking on the park or in the parking area.
• Please close all gates after each use.
• Please arrive and leave on time.

• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
