Crocodile Monitors are often kept too hot, given too hot of a basking site as well as kept too dry. Remember guys, they are tree dwellers in an extremely humid environment. They do not require the same basking temps as say a Black Throat Monitor!! Consistent temps and high humidity are key to a thriving Crocodile Monitor. We don't mist, we keep it swampy!

Our Crocodile Monitor write up is available and FREE. 🤙
